"That's right, today's shoot went especially well. Everyone was so immersed in their roles! Let's not let a small matter like this affect personal feelings," the director's assistant chimed in, trying to smooth things over.
"Exactly, that's right," everyone else echoed in agreement.
Raymond Ford started this, so even if Melody Monroe hit him on purpose, it was completely justified.

"Zane Langdon, Melody Monroe, Raymond Ford, you three go take a break. We have another scene to shoot in a bit," the director said to them hurriedly.
After the three of them left, Director Wallace watched the footage they had just shot.
A line of dialogue echoed in his mind:
