"Have you made a decision about the renovations for the Jansburg house?" Evan Fairchild asked suddenly.
The question jogged Melody Monroe's memory. "Hang on a second." She turned, walked back into the house, and came out with a file she had put together.
She'd spoken with a few renovation companies and gathered some information, but she hadn't made up her mind, preferring to wait for Evan Fairchild to make the final call.
Evan Fairchild sat on the sofa, flipping through the materials as his brow furrowed.
'Why are there so many options?'
"Which style do you like best?" he asked Melody Monroe.
"I think, since it's your house, it should be decorated to your liking. If you don't like any of these styles, we can look at others. I have the companies' contact info, so I can ask them to send more proposals whenever."
"You probably like this one the best, right?" Evan Fairchild said, pointing to one of the designs.
