She stopped in her tracks, suddenly unwilling to run another step.
"What's Melody Monroe's team's task?" she asked the crew member trailing her.
"I think it's ramen."
"Ramen? What kind of task is that? It's completely mindless! Is the production team playing favorites? Everyone else gets to do their tasks in the air conditioning, while I'm out here searching for someone under this scorching sun!"
"Miss Scott, you drew that task yourself," the crew member reminded her.
The crew didn't want to be stuck with Eileen Scott, either. It was just their bad luck to be assigned to her team.
The atmosphere on Melody Monroe's team was great, and there were no rumors of any arguments. It was nothing like their difficult situation, where they were constantly afraid of offending one of the celebrities.
This show was so popular right now; it could make any of the celebrities famous overnight. If that happened, it would be a disaster to get inexplicably attacked by their fans.
