Yuan and the others were having tea and pastries. The Vampire King had specifically ordered the servants to prepare suitable food for them, as vampires had a different diet that was not appropriate for other races.
"I never thought there would come a day when I'd be sipping tea in a vampire's castle," Yuan said with a soft smile, bringing the cup to his lips.
"Me neither… This is quite unusual, considering the fact that I'm an angel," Selvariel added while nodding.
"Oh, right. You angels are enemies of anyone from the Demonic Continent. I almost forgot about that," Yuan chuckled.
"Indeed," Selvariel smiled faintly and said, "We consider demons, vampires, succubi, werewolves, undead, and ghouls to be unholy creatures. Their very existence is seen as blasphemy against this world."
