Shao let his hands wander slowly over the bare expanse of his lover's back, his fingertips tracing the warmth of his skin with an almost reverent tenderness. In the dingy mirror before them, he could see the faint pink trails his fingers left behind against that pale skin, delicate marks that disappeared almost as quickly as they appeared.
The sight stirred something deep inside him.
He lowered his head and pressed his lips against the curve of Jai's shoulder, unable to resist the urge to bite gently at the soft skin there. Jai shivered beneath his touch, his breath catching softly.
Jai tugged at Shao's shirt, looking up at him through half-lidded eyes. His lips were slightly parted, still flushed and damp.
"Get rid of them…"
The words came out barely above a whisper.
Shao's hands stilled for a moment.
