His feet tore across the tiled arena, sparks flying with each step as the system pulsed around him like a drumbeat. Ash floated like snowfall. His armor gleamed like molten brass, scraped and battered, but still standing.
The five players moved instantly. The sixth, the new recruit, hesitated half a second behind. It was enough to tell Elio who the weak link was.
But it didn't matter.
His body moved before thought. Divine Dash blinked him past Red_King's guard. Smite Light flared in a golden arc, straight for Alex.
Blocked.
Red's shield slammed between them with perfect timing. A barrier of silver light shimmered around the priest.
Tch. That was why they were pros.
Elio gritted his teeth and pivoted, bringing his sword in a low arc toward Mastercraft's knees. The blacksmith grunted, parried with a hammer too thick for defense, but strong enough to deflect. The force rattled through Elio's arms.
