He knew Satoru and had no intention of fighting him at all. If he wanted to fight, how he could have so much free-time to chat with the enemy with a smile, wouldn't it be more conducive to sneak attack the other party.

The sharp iron rod stopped in front of Satoru's face.
"[Fire Style ∙ Searing Migraine]" Kakuzu made hand signs and spit out a high-temperature flame from his mouth. After the flame came close to Satoru, it turned into a big sea of fire and engulfed both Satoru and Hidan together.
He didn't care about Hidan's condition because Hidan couldn't die.
Fire Style ∙ Searing Migraine is a B-level fire style jutsu performed by using the nature transformation of fire style. Naturally it's very powerful.
"Damn, it hurts!" Hidan jumped backwards, the skin all over his body was burned and he rolled on the ground in pain.
He can't die, but it still hurts.
Hidan glared at Kakuzu angrily, and shouted angrily, "Kakuzu, you have to sew me a perfect skin, or I will definitely curse you!"
"Be careful, he's still alive." Kakuzu stared fixedly in front of him, he could see the Satoru's figure in the area burned by flames in the distance.
Satoru was unharmed, the flames hovered above the surface of his skin as if still, and then the flames rolled down to the ground.
