"The rumor says I've already died? Actually, the rumor is true. The current me is not the true me, but rather a soul mark I left behind." Green Emperor's voice echoed.
Xu Nian was taken aback.

Not even a residual soul?
Doesn't that mean it's impossible to resurrect?
For Divine beings and even those at the God Emperor Level, as long as there's a residual soul, resurrection is possible.
But a soul mark lacks the soul's origin and, in a sense, is merely a projection of the soul.
So resurrection through a soul mark is impossible.
"Green Emperor, what exactly happened to you back then, who killed you?" Xu Nian asked.
