Dylan and Lily went back home together after work.
On the way home, Dylan bought another pink toy rattle.
Feeling jealous, Lily glanced at him and asked, "Why didn't you buy one for me? I want one too."
Upon hearing that, Dylan got out of the car and returned with a much bigger pink toy rattle after a minute.
Lily was rendered speechless.
She suddenly pitied herself for falling in love with a dense man.
After returning home, Dylan disinfected the toy rattles before giving one of them to Emma. He then took away the one she had played with.
After that, he brought Lily to the hospital.
On their way there, Lily stared outside the window. When she saw the young couples hugging and kissing on the streets, she wondered if she could do the same with Dylan.
"Lily."
She turned around and replied, "What's up?"
"Do you want to go on a vacation?"
Lily leaned closer and excitedly asked, "You want to bring me on vacation?"
He hummed in response.
