My first wish is to have a symbiote like Knull's All-black symbiote which includes all its abilities, can you please prevent the symbiote from having a mind and sentience like anti-venom? Can the fire and sound weakness of my symbiote be nullified? After speaking about his first wish, Garret turned to face the goddess to hear her input and opinion on the feasibility of the first wish.
The goddess asked Garret to clarify which abilities of all-black he wanted in his version of all-black. Garret pondered on the various abilities he knew about. After an extended period, he decided on Superhuman Strength, Superhuman Durability, Superhuman Speed, Superhuman Reflexes, Longevity, Regeneration, Constituent-Matter Manipulation, Umbrakinesis, and the ability to create his own legion of symbiotes.
The goddess was quite intrigued by his choices, allowing the symbiote to have Garret's stated abilities. The Goddess told him that he was also allowed to customize the appearance of the symbiote, after considering all the symbiote appearances that he was aware of .....well let's go with Carnage's colour scheme with the body shape of Spider-Man's black symbiote suit without the fucked up teeth sticking out his face like the revenge of Jaws.
The goddess started laughing at the movie reference about the teeth in relation to the horror-inducing movie about the "demonic and hell-driven" Shark. Garret really was happy that the goddess appreciated the joke but moving he was still thinking about what his next wish should be.
Garret turned towards the goddess and spoke to her saying that his second wish would he would like a modified version of Armando Muñoz aka Darwin's (X-men) powers of evolution and adaptation. With this special version of adaptation and evolution, it would have two modes of adaptation where Garret can activate the evolution and adaptation for a specific situation for example when he consumes a serum after reincarnating. The Goddess was quite impressed with the second wish and was proud of the intelligence and thoughtfulness of Garret and therefore decided to improve the wish by allowing the adaptation and evolution to always give the best outcomes and make garrets appearance to be perfect, handsome and human looking meaning no weird skin colours looking like a purple scrotum with a death fetish

While contemplating on what he could have for a third wish...he randomly started fantasizing about Black Widow and about a future where they are together with children and are happy. After daydreaming he finally decided on his last wish which is to have a soulmate mark firstly on Natasha Romanova and then to appear on any woman that is compatible with the soul wavelength of Garret. Garret asked the goddess to make the soulmate mark be special to the individual that is found on and also heals and has minor adaptation and evolution through the mark with communication function between the mark bearers.
For Garret's appearance, he decided to draw inspiration from the world of anime and manga. In his past life, Garret was an average-looking guy with no distinguishable feature that set him apart from a crowd of people and got him the nickname of "the Lord of NPC" So with this opportunity, he took full advantage to look good and attractive after reincarnating into his new life. He chose to have a fusion appearance of Sung-Jin-Woo(from Solo Leveling) and Hajime Hagumo(from Arifureta Shokugyou de Sekai Saikyou: From Commonplace to World's Strongest) meaning that on Garret's head, half his hair would be snow white and the other half midnight black and have red ruby eyes, a default 6-pack with no workout and an 8-pack with exercise and the height and muscle structure of Sung-Jin-Woo. after speaking, Garret realizes that he had not accounted for the length of his "little brother" when customizing his appearance and shyly told the goddess that he wanted a modest length of 8 and 1/2 inches to please his women.
(A.N: personally I wanted to give a bitch breaking length of 20 inches to Garret, just for shits and giggle to see the comment section and to possibly scare and intimidate his women on the bed.)
A funny and quizzical look expression was on the goddess's face because she was confused by the disparity between what Garret asked her for and what he actually wanted when considering his "little brother" for reincarnation but decided to humour Garret's specification of his appearance.
The goddess repeated all of Garret's wishes to confirm or deny whether they were valid starting with the custom Symbiote with the colour appearance of carnage and Spider-Man symbiote suit, then the modified adaptation and evolution with two modes and finally the special soulmate mark with additional features like communication and healing.
