Xu Shu was silent for a while before speaking, "We're here."
Xu Tingting looked out the window. It wasn't a street she was familiar with. In fact, she had only stayed at Xu Shu's place a few times, hadn't remembered the building or floor, let alone the surrounding neighborhood.
Xu Shu got out of the car first and didn't leave her in the car. He waited for her to get out before walking ahead.
He entered a dry cleaning store, and Xu Tingting followed him in, just in time to see him take two paper bags. After taking them, he led her out.
Xu Shu placed the paper bags in the back seat and asked her, "Are you hungry? Do you want to have a late-night snack?"
Xu Tingting pointed at her eyes, "I've been crying so much they're swollen. I'm afraid people will stare."
"Then should we go home and order takeout?"
"After being in a box, it'll fog up and won't taste good."
Xu Shu laughed, seemingly helpless, "What do you want to do then?"
