Synopsis
Notice: As you are all aware, I am now working on two projects at the same time, which is causing discipline issues and making it difficult to complete both. As a result, I'll end to Hell Land for the time being and concentrate on The Kid: Series. Many thanks (The Author) EternalBalance "It seems like a typical day," Ashad said to his closest buddy or cousin, whichever he preferred, as they drove Saad's niece to purchase them chocolate or candies. Saad sang a happy response, "Yeah, it is!" The buddies find themselves in a situation akin to a battle zone, where people are becoming insane, and they must do nothing more than "survive!" As the families make it through this crazy apocalyptic event, see how important it is to have a relationship with one's family.

Hell Land: Chapter 1

"They are coming! Run!"

A man came sprinting toward them, his voice thick with panic. Ashad and Saad exchanged a look of pure confusion. Saad, a ruggedly built 21-year-old with a sharp trim beard and dark, intense eyes, tensed up instantly. Sensing imminent danger, they both grabbed the small, trembling hands of their twin nephews, Hasan and Husain—two identical four-year-olds with curly black hair who looked like mirrors of each other in their matching miniature shalwar kameez suits. They made a mad dash for the car.

Before they could even reach it, a massive truck came careening out of nowhere, slamming into their vehicle with a deafening, fiery explosion. Through the smoke and heat, they saw them—hordes of people drenched in blood, sprinting with unnatural speed. Anyone unfortunate enough to be caught in their path was instantly torn apart and eaten alive.

Ashad Siddique bolted upright in bed, gasping for air. His heart was hammering against his ribs, and his skin was slick with a cold sweat. He ran a hand through his short, neat, jet-black hair, trying to shake off the nightmare. At 21, Ashad possessed a sharp, defined jawline, a rich wheatish-brown gandumi complexion, and a distinctly small nose about the size of a teaspoon. His lean, 5'9" athletic frame felt heavy with residual fear.

The door creaked open, and his mother, Ayesha Siddique, stepped into the room. At 39, she carried herself with immense grace, standing tall at 5'8" with long, thick black hair falling elegantly past her shoulders.

"Come on, beta, wake up!" she urged, her voice a mix of affection and strict urgency. "We have to attend the Eid party. It's at your Mamo's house as usual, you know how it is."

Ashad let out a massive, dramatic yawn, pulling the bedsheet over his face. "Uh, not again," he groaned in disgust. "Those family gatherings are so boring!"

His mother fixed him with the legendary, silent desi mother death stare—her sharp, expressive dark eyes narrowing dangerously. "You don't understand the value of family ties, Ashad. One day, you eventually will."

"But Ammi, it's only 9:00 AM," Ashad protested, peeking out from under the sheet. "I literally just came back from the Eid prayer a little while ago."

Ayesha's hand drifted toward her waist, her death stare intensifying. "Get up and get ready right now, or my bata slipper will be having a very good, very early start to this Eid day!" She paused at the door, adjusting the neatly draped dupatta over her formal Eid outfit, a small smirk playing on her lips. "Oh, and by the way, your best friend, Saad, is going to be there too."

Ashad practically flew out of bed. "Why didn't you lead with that?! Meet you at the car in twenty minutes!"

He rushed into the bathroom, took a lightning-fast shower, and changed into his favorite, crisp navy-blue shalwar kameez. Hurrying down the stairs, he found the rest of his siblings gathered on the large brown couch in the living room.

There was Ayaan Siddique, the third sibling, a lean 15-year-old who already stood at an impressive 5'8". He sat comfortably in a simple kurta, sporting a youthful, boyish face and a mischievous smile.

And then there was little Sonia Siddique, just seven months old and the absolute undisputed favorite of the household. She had chubby, rosy cheeks, big innocent dark eyes, and was dressed in a tiny, colorful Eid frock that made her look like a doll.

Ashad gently scooped Sonia up into his arms, his face softening completely. "Oh, look at you! You look absolutely beautiful," he cooed, bopping her tiny nose. "Should we leave now?" he asked, to which Sonia simply babbled back in sweet baby noises.

Just then, the door to the guest bathroom clicked open, and a girl stepped out into the hall. "I'm ready!" announced Tania Siddique. At 18, Tania stood at 5'7" with a striking presence. Her absolute obsession with makeup was on full display: her eyeliner was winged to absolute perfection, her cheekbones were highlighted, and her long dark hair was flawlessly styled to complement her heavily embroidered Eid suit.

Ayaan rolled his eyes and looked at Ashad. "You know what, Bhai? She started getting ready at 7:00 AM. It is now 9:00 AM. Two whole hours!"

Tania gave Ayaan a sharp shove. "Women need time to get ready! You men will never understand a woman's struggles."

"Probably because we aren't women," Ayaan shot back with a grin.

Ashad sighed, looking down at the baby in his arms. "Sonia, you are the only peaceful one in this entire house."

Their mother walked out of her room, making a final adjustment to her outfit. "Alright, let's go, everyone!"

They opened the garage, and Ashad unlocked the car. Though young, his hard work as the owner of a successful import-export company had allowed him to buy this car and provide well for his family. They all piled into the vehicle, adjusting their crisp formal clothes.

Ashad turned the key and started the engine. He hadn't even shifted into drive when Tania suddenly gasped.

"Stop! I forgot my lipstick!"

Ashad's hands tightened on the steering wheel, his tone dropping into pure annoyance as he glared at her in the rearview mirror. "Go and get it right now, or I swear I am leaving you behind!"

Tania scrambled out of the car, her heavy Eid outfit rustling as she sprinted back inside. Ayaan shook his head, muttering under his breath, "Girls these days..."

Within a minute, Tania dashed back, sliding into her seat and buckling up while smoothing down her hair. "Sorry for the inconvenience! Let's go, let's go."

Ashad looked in the rearview mirror, checking on everyone. "Does everyone have everything? No more stops?"

A chorus of "Yes" echoed through the car. With that, Ashad pressed the gas pedal and they drove out onto the street. Their Mamo's house was only about ten minutes away—just a few straight roads, a quick left turn, and they would be there.
