Ash began looking through the contacts of Derrick, taking the time to go over his appointments for the next couple of days, taking note of the people he had to meet.
Each contact was sent a message saying that he was not feeling too good, so he needed to rest a little.
It soon came to the work appointments that Derrick had to be involved in.
Each of those appointments where he had to work for long hours was something that Ash could not pull off.
She could manage to maintain the form for a lot longer, the more powerful she became with the growth of her Life Energy capacity and quality, but that was not enough to let her last an entire workday in that form.
It could become possible if the breaks were long enough to let her regain her lost Life Energy, but it was unlikely that Ash would be given that kind of time needed to be able to get back what had been used up before heading back out into the open.
