If there was one thing that this Apostle of Destruction was good at other than hiding, it was running.
Though it wasn't as if the speed of the Apostle of Destruction alone would have been enough for it to run away. It was all because it kept throwing the corruption energy monsters at me.
With these corruption energy monsters getting in the way, it really was annoying having to cut through them.
With all of them getting in the way, it was even actually getting a bit ahead of me.
So in the end, I really had no choice but to reach into my pocket where a certain item was hiding.
I didn't use the full power of this thing, but it was enough that it impeded the corruption energy monsters around me. With my control of this thing, I could even use it to slow down the Apostle of Destruction in front of me without it noticing.
Though it certainly did notice when I was getting closer.
That was when there were spikes of corruption energy that came out of the ground.
