Lucas could barely hear her voice, and his mind was still in a confused state. Spreading his hand as he touched the ground, he made use of it to support his body from getting up to the ground. He was concerned by Lilith, even though he was more pathetic than her.
After all, the weight of his body atop Lilith would be enough to affect her breathing, and it would seriously endanger her lungs. Of course, his worries were for nothing since Lilith was completely fine.
She could even scream, much less suffer in respiration due to his body weight atop her.
"Argh!"
Lucas groaned in anger after shifting his body away from Lilith, and the gash of his back… assaulted him with excruciating pain after colliding with the soil with some rocks buried into it.
"Lucas!"
Lilith screamed and panicked, hurrying to sit up, and checked for Lucas' condition. Lucas opened his eyes and smiled, assuring her with a nod, yet it didn't even take long for him to grimace in pain.
