A minute earlier, whilst she was still aboard the ship, Astra grabbed Nixie by the collar as she tried to leap out of the open door. She dragged the girl back, making sure that she couldn't escape.
"What are you doing?" Nixie whined, wriggling in Astra's hand while Honey still slept soundly on her head, not moving in the slightest despite all of the movement.
"Let me go. I can help you know! Even Bob said I can!"
"I know you can, and I want you to help." Astra said plainly, placing Nixie down but making sure that she didn't rush off again. She forced the girl to look her in the eyes as she spoke slowly.
"But you are not going to fight him. I don't care how strong you are, or where you came from. You are still my daughter above all else. So I am not going to send you to fight him.
Instead, I need you to go into the city and help the people. You can hear those screams, can't you?"
