Chapter 1109 - IUD-Chapter 1104 We Can’t Let Our Guest Leave with Regrets

In the end, Fang Li really didn't hide much. At Shokuhou Misaki's request, he told her about his past experiences.

Only one part of it, however.

After all, Fang Li didn't know how much Sylvia had already told Shokuhou Misaki, or what exactly she had talked about.

But aside from this world, the only experiences Sylvia could really talk about were those from War-Academy City.

Therefore, what Fang Li told Shokuhou Misaki was precisely his own experiences in War-Academy City.

For example, enrolling in Jie Long Seventh Institute.

For example, becoming Fan Xinglou's disciple and learning combat techniques.

And for example, participating in a large-scale event known as Festa.

Finally, at Shokuhou Misaki's request, Fang Li also recounted some of the process of how he and Sylvia met, as well as certain experiences they went through together.

Among all of this, there wasn't a single lie, he had simply chosen what he could tell and narrated it selectively.

As for everything else, Fang Li completely ignored it and focused only on what he was willing to say.

Naturally, this would definitely cause Shokuhou Misaki to develop many questions.

For example, where exactly was Jie Long Seventh Institute located? Where was this large-scale event called Festa held? And if Sylvia had already debuted before all this, why had no one ever heard of her?

Questions like these would absolutely occur to Shokuhou Misaki.

However, Fang Li didn't explain them, and Shokuhou Misaki also didn't ask.

Overall, this Queen-sama was indeed quite intelligent. She knew what kinds of questions Fang Li would answer without reservation, and which kinds were doomed to receive no response.

Perhaps all of this information would eventually make its way to Aleister through UNDER_LINE as well.

But Fang Li simply didn't care.

"If that upside-down man really intends to treat this information as fact and base his calculations on it, then that would be even better."

Events that had never happened in this world were impossible for Aleister to investigate, and no matter how much he calculated, he would never derive an answer.

As a result, the things Fang Li said would instead become smoke bombs one after another, gradually throwing the hidden final boss, Aleister, into confusion.

So Fang Li truly spoke without the slightest concern, not uttering a single lie.

As for whether others believed him or not, that was their problem.

Shokuhou Misaki, however, would likely choose to believe him.

Because she knew Fang Li had no reason to fabricate such a long and meaningless story just to deceive her.

If it had been anyone else hearing these things, they would certainly still be suspicious.

But Shokuhou Misaki did not doubt the authenticity of what Fang Li said.

Precisely because of that, the way she looked at Fang Li became increasingly unusual.

"So you've actually undergone formal combat training?"

Recalling the scene from before, when Fang Li had suddenly disappeared inside the School Garden from Shokuhou Misaki's room, as well as what happened a year ago, when Fang Li had calmly dealt with those motorcycle men one after another through strategy and dismantled them step by step to ultimately achieve victory, Shokuhou Misaki finally understood.

She now understood where those abilities had come from.

This made Shokuhou Misaki begin to look at Fang Li in a new light.

"So even though you're a Level 0, your actual combat ability isn't inferior to powerful Espers at all?" Shokuhou Misaki asked Fang Li, sounding both amazed and somewhat hesitant. "Then could it be that Diva-sama also...?"

"Yep." Fang Li lifted his eyelids slightly, looked at Shokuhou Misaki, and smiled.

"No matter how many strong men you send at her, Sylvie can casually knock all of them down. She's completely different from a movement-impaired person like you."

"T-That has nothing to do with it!" Shokuhou Misaki's brows shot upward as she angrily protested. "If it were me, I could do that too!"

"You mean knocking down a group of strong men?" Fang Li said speechlessly. "Sure, with your ability you could manage it. But that doesn't change the fact that you're physically hopeless. Honestly, I have no idea how you even handle the Daihasei Festival competitions."

"Isn't that obvious?" Shokuhou Misaki answered without the slightest hesitation.

"By making full use of my ability, of course!"

That so-called "making full use" probably meant using her ability to cancel her own scheduled events, have other people compete in her place, or even tamper with results and eyewitness reports.

As for Shokuhou Misaki herself, if she actually had to participate in even a single event, she'd probably be completely finished afterward.

In response, Fang Li had only one thought:

"That really does sound exactly like your style."

Hearing Fang Li's words, Shokuhou Misaki immediately frowned.

"I have a feeling that wasn't a compliment at all. You were definitely thinking something very rude just now, weren't you?"

All one could do in moments like this was marvel at the power of a woman's sixth sense.

Just as Fang Li and Shokuhou Misaki were getting more engrossed in their conversation, the preparations for afternoon tea also seemed to have been completed.

"Sorry to keep the two of you waiting."

Along with that voice came an orderly series of approaching footsteps.

"So they're here?"

Shokuhou Misaki turned her gaze toward the entrance.

"Thank you for your hard wor...?"

She didn't even finish half her sentence before her tone completely changed, and she herself froze in shock at the scene before her.

"Hm?"

Seeing Shokuhou Misaki's strange reaction, Fang Li immediately turned his head as well.

A moment later, even he nearly widened his eyes.

It turned out that the people entering from outside the door weren't just Hokaze Junko alone.

There was also an entire group of young ladies from Shokuhou Misaki's faction.

Some of these young ladies were carrying teapots, others teacups, while others held cakes, pastries, and all sorts of desserts, as though they were preparing to serve a full imperial banquet.

They walked in under Hokaze Junko's lead in two perfectly orderly rows, displaying exceptional training and discipline.

Up until this point, there wasn't really any problem.

The real issue was what these young ladies were wearing.

It wasn't sportswear.

Nor was it Tokiwadai's summer uniform.

What they were clearly wearing… were maid outfits.

Under such circumstances, this neatly organized squad of maids bowed toward Fang Li and Shokuhou Misaki.

"Sorry to keep you waiting, Master."

Their perfectly synchronized voices did absolutely nothing to reduce the astonishment in Fang Li and Shokuhou Misaki's eyes.

Only after a long moment did Fang Li turn toward Shokuhou Misaki with a speechless expression and ask,

"This was your arrangement too?"

"I-It absolutely was not!" Shokuhou Misaki hurriedly shook her head, then somewhat flusteredly turned to Hokaze Junko.

"W-What exactly are you doing?!"

"Nothing special, Queen." Hokaze Junko maintained her elegant and polite smile as she replied to Shokuhou Misaki,

"It's just that, since it's such a rare occasion for Queen to invite a male guest for afternoon tea, as your subordinates, we naturally should contribute our modest efforts and do our best to make this tea party perfect. We cannot allow our guest to leave with any regrets."

As she spoke, Hokaze Junko directly issued instructions to the young ladies of the faction, or rather, to the maids now.

"Well then, everyone, please begin serving Fang Li-sama."

At Hokaze Junko's command, the maids immediately stepped forward one after another, placing the refreshments in their hands onto the table before gathering around Fang Li's side.

Then…

Under Fang Li's slightly stunned expression, they each proceeded to snuggle up against him one after another.

"Wha…?!"

Shokuhou Misaki froze on the spot as though struck by lightning.
