Chapter 2174 - Importance of History

Gadia stared at Althea for a while and stayed silent, though her expression had obviously softened up a bit. It was in stark contrast with her tense expression before, as if she were ready for a fight.

"At least in Warrior City, there are no biases in learning and if women wanted to learn a trade or to fight, few people would look down on them for doing so." 

Althea looked at her. "What career do you want to pursue?" 

Gadia had wanted to be a guard. To Warrior City people, the guards were the most admirable people. They were the strongest and they were always the vanguards. 

She was supposed to take the test, but she was married before she could do so. While women had more options in Warrior City, after marriage, they were still expected to watch their families. 

Like the woman said, she was judged with different standards. If others were using one, why can't it be the same?

Should she just do it?
