Lawrence let her go. Everyone who witnessed the fight thought the Fifth Prince would be defeated. Her strength was far superior, not to mention her magic, which could paralyze any living being with a heartbeat.
The sudden turn of events left them speechless. After the dead silence, cheers immediately erupted. Even the soldiers were stunned and whispered among themselves.
"How did the Prince defeat her?"
"Did you see how he did it?"
"No. What kind of magic did he use?"
"The Fifth Prince doesn't have magic, remember?"
"But are we really sure of that now?"
After the cheers, doubt began to spread. Lawrence paid them no attention. His eyes were still glued to his forearm.
