Lawrence could barely see the resemblance.
Clearly, this was not the man who killed Kevin.
This was the original Second Prince, the main villain of this storyline, the central antagonist of this genre. He was not the player Lawrence needed to take revenge on.
Lawrence glanced at the two bodyguards, and they both nodded. Without another word, they drew their swords and cut off the Second Prince's feet.
The Second Prince's screams echoed throughout the palace and out into the streets.
"His tongue too," Lawrence ordered mercilessly.
The bodyguards obeyed.
If not for the Second Prince's body being strengthened by his magic and his strong willpower, he would have already died from the blood loss.
But he no longer had the strength to resist. His consciousness slowly began to fade.
Lawrence ordered the guards to carry the Second Prince and follow him.
All the soldiers in the court followed as well. Lawrence walked in silence until he reached the palace gates.
