Chapter 77 - Chapter 77 Teacher

"I don't even know what to feel, but you guys will be getting a new English teacher today. It seems the previous teacher transferred to another school for some reason," the homeroom teacher said with a wry smile after placing the attendance list on the table. He had a feeling that the new teachers and transfer students were somehow all connected to his class, but he had no proof to back it up.

"Is it a woman?" one boy raised his hand and asked. The other boys immediately perked up, their ears twitching with curiosity. One of the girls huffed and said, "We already got a new female teacher before, so this one has to be a man!"

Before things could escalate, the teacher clapped his hands together and ended it with a calm smile. "It's another female teacher."

The boys erupted into cheers so loud it sounded as if their favorite football team had just won a championship. Meanwhile, the girls clicked their tongues and pouted, feeling it was unfair that the boys kept getting all the "good stuff." Their only consolation was the principal, a young man who looked to be in his mid-twenties with long crimson hair. Some of them murmured his name dreamily under their breath: Lucian.

Kousuke, who overheard this from his seat, could only shake his head at their ignorance. He wondered how they'd react if they knew their idol was actually Satan, Lucifer himself. Being the doting brother he was, Sirzechs had bought the entire school just because his precious little sister wanted to "live out an anime high school experience."

Growing up as an only child, Kousuke couldn't understand how Sirzechs could spoil Rias that much. From what he'd heard from Akeno, Rias never really cared about her engagement. Despite it constantly hanging over her head, she never even tried to find a way to annul it, spending most of her time sightseeing around Japan or reading manga in cafés. It was as if she were waiting for her prince charming to come and save her.

Unfortunately, her plan worked. She found Issei, and he became her "prince." He unlocked his power and successfully broke her engagement with Riser Phenex after defeating him. When Kousuke heard all this, he could only bury his face in his palm. If she'd just trained properly with her peerage, she could have annulled it long before without dragging Issei into her melodrama. Tragically, Issei was more than happy to help her, all because he was allowed to touch her boobs.

A pervert and an exhibitionist, what can he say, they were match made in hell.

How did Kousuke know Rias was an exhibitionist? Well, Akeno tended to be very talkative after they did the deed. As Rias's Queen, she had plenty of grievances she couldn't say to her master, so they naturally fell onto her great boyfriend instead. Kousuke simply listened and occasionally threw in a snarky remark about Rias.

He had a feeling that if he hadn't met Akeno, she would've fallen for Issei. No—she did, he thought, recalling their first meeting. Akeno had grown close to Issei, often teasing Rias by bringing him up. But since Issei was still traumatized by his first date, he never noticed her hints.

If Kousuke hadn't intervened during the Kyoto trip, Issei might've stayed a virgin even longer until he finally overcame his trauma by some miracle. I'm such a good friend, Kousuke thought sarcastically. He had somehow put a green hat on his friend before solving his issues. Kousuke had felt a little guilty after accepting Akeno back then, so he tried to make it up to his friend later. In the end, everything worked out, so he was genuinely happy for Issei from the bottom of his heart.

A few hours later, it was finally time for English class. The boys grew restless in their seats, their curiosity about the new teacher reaching its peak. None of their friends from other classes had seen her yet, so it seemed their class would be the first she'd teach. To them, the new teacher was wrapped in mystery.

When the math teacher finally left, chatter filled the room until the moment the new teacher walked in. Instantly, the noise died down. She stepped inside with quiet elegance.

She wore a crisp white blouse that hugged her figure neatly, the top few buttons undone to reveal a glimpse of her collarbone. The fabric stretched slightly over her chest, emphasizing her posture without appearing unprofessional. The short sleeves fit snugly around her arms, completing her effortlessly confident look.

Her blouse was tucked into a jet-black pencil skirt that molded perfectly to her curves. The skirt ended just above her knees, its smooth, glossy material catching the light in soft highlights that hinted at movement. A narrow waistband cinched her waist, adding to her poised silhouette.

Her legs were sheathed in sheer black stockings that lent her a polished, elegant touch—the translucent sheen giving her a refined balance of professionalism and quiet allure. Altogether, her outfit carried the impression of a modern, assertive teacher—stylish, composed, and commanding attention without a single word.

Kousuke's eyes widened the moment their gazes met.

"Good morning, class. I'll be your English teacher starting today. You may call me Miss Morgan," she said calmly, the corner of her lips curling into a knowing smile as she met her beloved's astonished eyes. She could feel the stares from the other boys too, but to her, they were nothing more than background noise.

'What are you doing here?!' Kousuke's voice rang in her mind through telepathy, just as she expected. She didn't respond. Instead, she acted like a normal teacher and instructed the class to open their English textbooks. Picking up a black marker, she began writing a sentence on the whiteboard.

"Now, can someone read this in English?" she asked, however her eyes never left Kousuke. She didn't even try to hide it, so the rest of the class instantly guessed that he must be close to her, or maybe she have heard of his sudden improvement in academics.

Feeling a headache coming, Kousuke sighed and stood up. "The Hero was a young, innocent boy. He lived in a peaceful world, but it all came to an end when he was summoned to another world."

He spoke the line in fluent English before sitting back down, suspicion flickering in his eyes. That oddly specific sentence... was she hinting at him? It was too obvious!

"Mm, very good. Your pronunciation is superb," Morgan purred, her voice dripping with amusement. "And your calm tone... it makes the listener feel like they're being whispered to with love~"

Before he realized, she was already standing close to his seat. Then Morgan leaned against his desk, and slowly sat on it, lowering herself until their faces were close. The boys gasped as she reached down and gently lifted Kousuke's chin.

"Is this part of the English lesson, Miss?" he asked flatly, meeting her gaze.

She smirked, her fingers brushing his cheek. "Of course. A good student pays attention in class, don't they? And good students deserve rewards. So... go ahead. Tell me what you want~"

"Alright then, I'll say it." Kousuke's tone was calm, so she thought that maybe he'd play along since this was his turf. "I'd like to file a report that a teacher is harassing me without my consent."

A sense of déjà vu hit him. Had they had this exact exchange before in the other world? He couldn't quite remember her reply back then. But then she dropped it again, just as casually."A wise teacher does not concern herself with consent. Your teacher is always right."

For a moment, the classroom fell completely silent... before erupting into utter chaos.

"""HUH?!!"""
