I knew Liam was not the best person to speak to at the moment, but I just couldn't sit around and do nothing while that tyrant was out there plotting on how to mess up Amelie's life.
I've done my best to reach Amelie, but she kept ignoring my calls. I already sent her a text, but I was skeptical on whether she received the text or not. So I drove straight to her place after finding another hotel to stay in. As expected, Amelie didn't answer, in fact nobody came to the door despite hearing me knock and ring the doorbell for twenty minutes straight.
While I was busy wasting my time on the door, I came to realize that Liam wasn't home. If he was around he would have definitely come out to say something. And after further inspection, the absence of his car further confirmed my suspicions. I had no idea where he might have gone, but I decided to check his office first. Woods Industries was popular around here, and it made finding the company relatively easy.
