A thick, suffocating fog enclosed Damu from all sides.
Damu felt lightheaded and couldn't feel anything under his feet. Almost as if he was floating about in an ocean. Except this would be an ocean of fog.
He could not tell if he was in motion but it felt like the fog was drifting at a slow rate.

An unknown period of time passed by with Damu floating around, and he hadn't felt much. A state of lucidity.
A whisper like sound made it's way into Damu's ear's causing them to perk up sharply. He attention shifted towards the source of that sound.
"We're doing this for your and your family's safety. Do not forget your position now. We're this world's saviors for the record."
A mysterious figure shrouded in fog asserted to a Female silhouette.
The scene randomly shifted now to a grand palace. With immaculate lighting, as if illuminated by the heavens themselves, golden engravings spread across marble walls. Grandiose pillars stood proud, in stark contrast to the conversation flowing right between these standing walls.
"I'LL HAVE YOU KNOW THAT I'M NOT GOING TO LET YOU CARRY OUT YOUR PLANS SO EASILY! IF MY LIFE ISN'T ENOUGH... I'LL MAKE IT OUR LINEAGE'S MISSION TO FOIL WHATEVER YOU WANT TO ACCOMPLISH!"
A hysterical expression smeared across a handsome face. Sweat trickled down as he glared at the hooded female that stood at the entrance of something that looked like a tear in space.
"Do as you wish, it's all futile anyways. I just wanted to tell you as my husband, out of kindness at least."
Fury dripping down his face, he could not move an inch as though something intangible was locking him in place. He could only stare with disgust and depair in his eyes.
"I WILL MAKE SURE ALL OF YOU WILL PAY THE PRICE!! EVEN IF I HAVE TO DRAIN MYSELF OF EVERY LAST DROP OF BLOOD IN MY BODY!"
Channeling a significant portion of his energy towards his feet, he struggled to take a step forward.
*HUFF* *HUFF* *HUFF*
"I. Will. Not. Yield. To. TRAITORS!"
The majestic figure, with a dark crown placed on his temple, used his all to free himself from the invisible shackles holding him down, but alas. It was too late.
The female figure had already disappeared from the location.
*SLAM*
Glistening tears fell down onto a red mat.
*Hik*
*Hicc*
"Why?... Why would you leave me? Did you not think we could do it ourselves?"

The world grew hazy again. A fog like projection came into view.
"You will carry on the mission Azras."
A muffled voice called out.

Damu's eyes shot open as he immediately got up and straightened his back.
-"What was was that?!"
-"If that is what I think it is, that was quite valuable. The hunk I saw in the dream is the same as the statue over here, and he's still wearing the same crown."
-'He was betrayed by his wife for some reason and it seemed to be something on an extremely grand scale. If even he was worried about it, that is not something I can take lightly let alone get involved in.'
Damu came to the conclusion that it was highly probably that the ending in this world might have something to do with their collaboration. He would be getting himself dragged into this whether he liked it or not.
-"I myself am absolutely not even close to being enough. I need help. I need something or someone. But I'll be optimistic since those dragons earlier are likely related to this individual."
Damu was already aware of it before, but now he was certain that he had to do all it takes to grow stronger. Strong enough to face this calamity that was to befall.
While in his thoughts, dawn arrived. Rays of orange light shone through from one side, refracting into a complex myriad of colours.
Damu got up on his feet and decided to examine the statue further since he had nothing better to do.
With light steps he came close to the statue. He stood opposite to the gray structure, staring with intense focus in his eyes.
He circled around the statue, focusing at each nook and cranny his eyes could access. Cracks were spread uniformly across the surface. Moss growing in the cracks at the feet. The moisture in this area didn't help it avoid such a fate.
There was one thing that looked completely unaffected and his eyes were drawn by it most noticably. It looked pristine. A shade of black so deep it felt like he was staring at the obsidian night sky. Not a single blemish across it's silky surface. A luster so deep it sucked him up into a hypnosis. Alluring and enchanting.
Damu found himself getting sucked into a trance, unable to avoid touching it. His hands inched closer slowly and stably. It was as if an external force was causing his entire being to follow a set course of actions. His right hand made contact with it first.
*Iiiw*
A high pitched, low volume sound rung inside head as the crown disappeared into particles which faded out of reality.

Abilities: [Gravity points], ###, ###
Description: What is drawn closer, is also taken apart. And that which is taken apart, will be drawn closer. Find the balance? Or make your own? A fate to attract that which should not be touched or make yourself safe anough to be approached.

*HUFF* *HUFF*
-"WHAT JUST HAPPENED TO ME.?!"
*HUFF* *HUFF*
Damu stabilized his breathing pattern slowly.
What felt like a shock, was infact a sudden surge of information in Damu's head.
-"I knew I shouldn't have gone there before. Why did I approach it again?"
-"Haah."
-"Regardless, what even came over me there. I'm not impulsive enough to not be able to control myself. Could this have something to do with my relation to this place?"
Shaking off the remnants of the lingering shock, Damu composed himself once more and instead of uselessly bickering inside, decided to think about the message he recievede.
-"Ode of nigh... A story of coming closer? Gravity points? Sounds like it takes from that name. From what I learned I should be able to increase gravity relative to a certain point."
-"That whole description is really leaving only question marks inside my head. It's not that hard to understand but why does it sound so off-putting?"
-"Anyways, that really does sound unbelievable. Is this the type of stuff those rankers used to pull on us folks? Hah, what lunatics."
*Sigh*
Damu brought his hand forward and made his palm face the sky. Keeping his eyes peeled, he concentrated at the center of his hand. He tried to use the memories he gained from touching the crown into action as he channeled a very minute amount of the force within him to bring it towards the center of his palm. He felt a slight change in his palm. He could not feel a change within himself but he felt his palms getting more moist, as if the water vapor in the air condensed on his palm.
-"It does not feel very potent at the moment because I'm not trying to put too much force into this but I think I get the gist of it."
-'It has the potential to be something that can get me out of a pickle.'
-"There is a lot of information i've gained since getting out of that dark abyss, I really need some air to really get my gears running. All this water is really making me feel uneasy."
As if something Damu said triggered a cue, something unfamiliar started happening. A weird looking crack appeared opposite to the statue and Damu. The crack widened into a thin tear. What looked like an ethereal gate was in fact a portal beckoning the entry of a vile creature that was similar to the likes of what the dragons were fighting yesterday.
Damu was on high alert and decided to be very careful since his previous encounters were anything but simple.
The monster appeared to be in an agitated state and looked towards the statue with much disgust in it's squinted eyes. Damu could quite easily discern it's next line of thought.
-"What do you think you're looking at with those ugly eyes of yours?"
*WHISTLE*
-"Look at me when I talk to you. You don't think I'm just going to let you get to it do you? You'll have to get over my dead body."
-"Uhh, on second thought probably not. I don't want to die like that."
The monster was growing increasingly irritated. Almost as if Damu's voice was actively pissing the monster off. So much so that it's attention was completely diverted towards him now.
-"Maybe I should not have done that..."
Blades of grass shot up as the scaled beast darted ahead with fury in it's eyes.
*SKIIIIII*
Damu had covered his ears beforehand and lowered his posture while gripping at the gigantic tooth with both his hands. He rotated his back, brought his hands to the back with the tip of the tooth pointing forwards and rapidly unfurled his body like a hurricane. The rotational momentum he generated with his now enhanced body was terrifying. He released the tooth in the direction of the charging beast at the final point of the rotation.
*Woosh*
The airborne weapon was rapidly approaching the monster. Having already anticipated this, the beast slightly shifted it's direction pushing off it's foot.
The change in direction was almost enough but the tooth mananged to scrape the edges of the beast's belly.
It was clear to Damu that an attempt like that was unlikely to work out, but he had taken his chances anyways, in case he could end it quickly. But at the current moment Damu was dashing diagonally forwards, so as to slow down the beast's turning.
Sweat dripping down his forehead, Damu bent his knees sideways, almost like a crab, and carried on with the momentum to move even faster sideways, hoping to circle around to his weapon.
The beast was not oblivious to this despite it's frenzy and sped up it's chase.
*Screee*
A forced voice escaped its mouth as it used all of it's strength to charge into the direction Damu would end up at while predicting his motion.
A large mouth filled with sharp canines and oozing saliva entered Damu's line of sight.
-"Not again.."
Damu immediately lowered his hip and head and charged down into the ground forcing his calves into full tension and pushing ahead off his grounded foot.
He rolled at a rapid speed directly under the beast's belly.
*THUMP*
Grass and dirt littered the air as the beast dropped to the ground, aiming to crush him directly under it's massive body but Damu was already well out of it's body's range.
He damped the force of the roll with his shoulders and hopped back up to his feet almost tumbling in the process.
Grasping at the ground and running towards his weapon, he didn't need to turn around to guess that monster was already facing him again ready for pursuit.
He slid across to halt his charge and immediately lowered his body to grab the gigantic tooth. He repeated his actions from the start of the fight but this time he didn't release the tooth, he only thrust it forwards aiming to Pierce the beast directly while catching it off guard. He gave a rotation to the thrust so that the tooth was shifting in a circular motion.
*THUNK*
Damu felt slightly elated that his timing was accurate, impaling the beast's head with the tooth. To his shock though, that did not do much to stop the beast as it shoved it's heavy head directly into Damu.
*HUP*
The air left his lungs as he was left airborne after that. The momentum the beast had transferred onto him had completely left him incapable to do anything to dampen his situation.
*THUMP*
He crashed into the soil rolling as he slowly came to a stop. The wounds on his body had left lots of traces of blood. His body was exhausted due to the rapid exertion of strength but he wasn't completely powerless yet.
A slight gasp escaped Damu's mouth as he thought of something on the spot. Something risky but worth it.
The scaly beast strolled ahead dragging the tooth along that was lodged into it's head with blood dripping down. It's head was stuck at angle due to the gravity from the tooth. It left a trail of dirt with uprooted grass and blood, slowly but surely making it's way towards the short body laying limp on the ground.
Damu slowly circulated his force as he did before, but this time he extended it towards the arm that was nearer to the beast.
The monster was already assured of it's victory and stepped directly in front of the boy, standing with it's mouth open at an angle.
Damu slowly moved one of his hands under the head of the tooth, and just as the beast was lowering it's jaw to snap at Damu's stomach, he shot up and clasped his free hand towards the edge of the beast's snout.
With one hand on the head, and the other on the bottom of the tooth, his arms were completely stretched. But he immediately strengthened the force of gravity being emitted by his palm.
*KRRRRRRRR*
The beast's head dropped down onto the tooth as if the tooth had multiplied in mass. It was lodged into bone at an angle and couldn't be pulled out, and Damu had used that idea to leave the gravity point on the tooth where he touched it.
Damu immediately got up and put both his arms on the side of the beasts head and pressed against it with all his might and weight.
*CRUNCH*
The beast was incapable of making any movements at this moment and Damu completely intended on making this it's final moments.
He persisted downwards, draining his back muscles and keeping his arms and core engaged.
-"RAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!"
-"PLEASE JUST DIEEEEE!!!!"
*Krrrrrr*
It's body showed signs of giving out as, its knees buckled and it dropped onto its front legs. Damu pushed himself to his limits for one final push.
-"AAAAAHHHHH"
*CRACK*
Blood spewed out of the side Damu was pushing from. A sharp white point emerged from the head, with other grimy substances accompanying the blood.
Damu had tried something he didn't know would work. He finally let the tension leave his body
But it did!
He used the gained knowledge and his innate instinct to shift a point of gravity to the tooth to make it attract more strongly. It essentially replicated the essense of having the tooth multiplied in weight.
Damu was very beat, and he didn't want to move after this massive hurdle, but life was not kind. A massive shift in surroundings occured as the statue that was now to his left started glowing with a blinding radiance.
The radiance slowly and gradually disappeared and instead left nothing behind.
*RUMBLE*
*RUMBLE*
Damu was feeling enormous tremors pass through his body as a massive change erupted in the terrain.
