Chapter 554 - Chapter 554: Giddy Up, Cowboy!

"You think he's gonna be fine out there?" Stolas asked, as he and the other two rushed around to find an exit. Every path they took, it was always a dead end. It felt like they were going in circles with how boxed in they were.

"It's Solomon. If he wasn't fine, he'd just teleport to us by now. Plus, he was the one that wanted to be the bait. He's risking his life out, so I'd say he's doing just as well as we are!" Harvard replied, his pride as evident as his frustration when they found another dead end, a spell being casted in rage to break a hole through the wall by Arm Set. Unfortunately, such an attack only ended up storing the spell, the murals quickly portraying the very hands of the Lord as he was forging the earth, all while under a demonic star for the Sun.

"Yeah, well, I still don't want him to be murdered out there!"

"Trust me, He won't! I've already seen a bit on what he can do, I'm sure he's-"

BWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!

The Massive light that came from the area, a beacon that drew them in, almost immediately letting the boys share the same thought, with Applin pitching in what they wanted to voice. "Darling, I don't think your friend's staying there anymore."

"SEE!? We need to do something, Harvard! Aren't you the guy yammerin' about being a hero!?" Stolas words, at first, felt ignored. However, as Harvard was trying to focus on scaling up the wall, seeing if there was a ceiling to the maze and realizing there wasn't, he'd get a better view of what was occurring. A Plan was formulating in his mind, looking at the corners they went through, as well as the brutal charge Deltoro was making. He'd look through his cards to see what would be a viable option, before recalling something.

"Stolas, your dad, yeah? He's the one that taught you that stuff, right? Shooting, fighting, standard cowboy stuff, that kind of thing. Has he ever... gave you a chance to ride a horse?" The Question, at first, would make Stolas dumbfounded. Before he was able to give an answer, he'd remember just as well what Solomon said beforehand as to what kind of Monster Harvard has.

His eyes widened and lit up with excitement as he starts to piece it together. "ARE YOU REALLY GONNA-" His words were interrupted as a Card was played, a smile back to answer the invisible question that he was going to bring. Applin was confused by the two, wondering what exactly happened before then. Such confusion became fear as Harvard's body began to twitch and contort, breaking and ripping itself, his arms being longer, his mouth splitting and spreading across his body, the muscles turning themselves inside out as the beast branched from his legs.

"Evolution..."

A throaty echo, as The Nuckelavee emerged out from his body once more.

SHIKK!!!

And just as quick, Harvard split himself in two, the Monster wide open for the Avian to scale up, the muscles and bones quickly snatching around his talons as a harness and stirrup. The Rider, meanwhile, was quick on scooping Applin in a Bridal carry, letting the ribcage be quick on wrapping around her, preventing her from falling off, opening up enough space in such bones to let her arms be free and wind around. Stolas wasted no time in delivering the first crack, the whip from such muscles enough to make the beast rush ahead, leaping and bouncing off the walls to generate more momentum, bouncing and crashing into each part of the wall like a wild animal. "YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAW!!!!!" He'd scream, his joy as prevalent as his excitement, watching Harvard be quick on casting another spell: Encore.

"Let's see if my Evolution can stack!" His voice was broken, almost sharp and cracked, as he'd watch the Nuckelavee begin to evolve further, the hind and front legs shaping to be like proper hooves, the elbows growing small daggers to act as holsters for the Avian in the case he wishes to use them as weapons. Each brutal slam now became a quick, dainty click, speeding up without having to worry about hurting itself in such bruises and beatings. The spell plays again, right as they were able to regroup together, with Zazel and Alice being the only ones missing. Deltoro would brace himself once more, but Shady was quick to the draw on tripping the behemoth over. Exposing his sides, Stolas would set up Aries and Capricorn, using both sets of horns to create a extravagant piece, watching as the Nuckelavee's head morphed and adopted the stars in its physiology, the anatomy shimmering with such dust as the bones and muscles sharpened like blades. Even if he wanted to use his Final Gambit, Deltoro would be left with next to nothing. It braced for the clash as he can already feel the heat emanating from the celestial bodies.

SHIKK!! SHIKK!!! BANG!!!

Clash it did, His stomach and ribs ripped apart, exposing more of such stone and sand, exposing his body being non-human. The impact made was enough to break through the armor and damage his arms, yet no noise erupted out of him. No groans or screams of pain, as if his nerves were never there. One, two, three. Three walls were burst through with this collaboration, rubble left behind as a new path was forged from the wreckage. Even as the body flung off, not a single scratch was left on the three, with Stolas' wild cackle of a laugh and Applin's squeals.

"THAT WAS TOTALLY WICKED!!!!!!"

All of them shouted in unison, amazed at how much they've done, as Encore prepared itself once again, now taking in the maze-like structure as its body armor. The three felt more than ready, already assuming they have won with such damage. They have to be. They were able to break through the Magic's attack. There was no way he's going to handle such a combination.

Yet, the Bull stands back up, even with the exposed hole in his body. Even with such damage done, the soldier of Orochi marched on, matching eye-to-eye with the Nuckelavee, winding his arms up just as much, ready to fend off this new threat.
