Blood on every corner of the once stainless steel walls. Bodies littered as they'd be split across. A massive doorway with broken hinges, indicating a breakout. Barklode recognized the number on such a doorway and was quick to signal in for the others to find the culprit.
110
A few logs were visible on the side, a small sigil made to relay a message across the deep bunker. "Subject 110, also known as 'Matador', has breached containment. All personnel are advised to keep a close eye out for any demon-like entity with a red capote-like cape. It is heavily advised to not look at anything red, whether it be from himself or from the surrounding areas such as blood, muscles, and objects that hold that color. Should you at any point do see red, immediately vacate the premises and report up to the higher ups for self-termination in order to avoid its effects. That will be all." His words spoke as if it were law, quickly dismissing the sigil as he goes to investigate the hinges. They were bolted down, sure, but some look either bent or broken off by intense force. "This can't be right..." He'd mumble to himself, as the two Propaganda girls loomed overhead. "The pieces flew off to the outside, implying that someone must've pulled it down. No monster has been breached out that would hold this level of strength, let alone one close by to 'Matador'..." His ponders would be matched by the constant blaring of the alarm, as well as a new sound nearby.
KRRRRRRRRRRRRRRREAK! KRAKK!!!!
Another door pulled off. Someone was intentionally sabotaging his work.
He'd rush down by jumping off the ledge and allowing his arms to catch onto the rails, letting him ascend with each grab and drop, before reaching the two upper floors and seeing the beast already rampaging, as well as destroying more doors in the process. A monster made up of thorns and roses, a living garden in human form, adorned with the same metallic plating Eustace once had. She was quick to have such thorns snare around and sling them off the side, after her chest was torn and exposed, their attempts to try and dissect her heart to see how a plants chambers work when beating. Her screams were violent, wrathful in nature, almost sadistic in wanting to finally have a semblance of control over her life. Barklode was quick on sneaking by and planting a Censor over her vision, an illusion to make the blood and sinew become bunnies and kittens. An appeal to the instinctual mind, letting it pause as he'd push her back to her chambers, before another beast came in and attempted to fire through the halls, forcing him to dodge and hang onto the rails again.
Another monster has broken free, two of them this time. One was of a Dragon in white and gold, an exposed core with wirings and glyphs across, taking in the light from nearby and blasting the hall down in such radiance. Another was of a bandaged woman with a sun for a head, branded across the wraps by the Kingdom's flag and propaganda across, using said sun to transfer into the first for more power. The three monsters were quick to descend, with the second acting as transport. "Dracosantus and Helia also broke out... We have a saboteur in our midst..." He'd mumble as he watched on the chaos. Each door was being broken down one by one, no thoughts behind the minds of the monsters who roamed. All they wish, that they want most, is to get back at their tormentors. A group of guards being strangled by a mass of veins and eyes, screaming their lungs away as they're given visuals of their torment directly. Another group would run away and try to reach the surface, with four grabbed and crushed under a massive hand, eyes implanted across the fingers for such sight, closing one of them and forming a drill with its eyelashes to stab into the last guard by his back.
Someone was going to ensure the Bunker is a madhouse by comparison. Barklode would try to rush through the halls, watching as some were desperate to fight back against their aggressors, but one can only amount so much against a beast capable of using such magic unbound. "So mean! So cruel! Look at what they're doing!!" Aramasa squealed, hovering over the Scientist's left.
"No good! They're just no good animals! Should've killed them when we had the chance!" Tsuyugi replied.
"Who do you think did all of this? Who would be mean to our lovely king~?"
"I don't know, but there will be hell to pay! Let's grab them by the throat and tear that esophagus out~!"
"I can't imagine anyone would be willing to do such a thing here..." Barklode's voice echoed as the two conversed, unable to hear them due to being mere figments outside his mind. It was for the better, as he couldn't imagine more noises coming at him in other sides. It wasn't until he noticed the door to the Research Department. He'd pull his glasses down and stared at that open door in horror, his sweat pouring down from his face. "Someone knows... Someone knows this! This must've been a retaliation effort, but who? Who was able to..." His mind stopped as he took a moment to think. Closing himself in the Department and letting the noise muffle away, he'd connect the dots quickly.
The children were busy mingling with the monsters they were assigned to kill. No doubt one of them must've ratted out regarding the procedures within the Bunker. Considering one of them spoke out of line and was the most direct...
"The boy in white. The so-called 'Card Magician', if memory serves. That's who's inside here. How was he able to tear open the doors? No matter, I need to find him before the bunker breaks itself apart. We may need to deploy the sun early."
