"I don't want to see your face around me anymore." Cecelia Anderson said bluntly when Wayne Adams remained silent.
Wayne Adams was silent for a moment before saying, "I can't agree to that. You're my woman, and nothing I've done before can change that fact."
Cecelia coldly looked at him, said nothing, and walked away.
Wayne Adams didn't chase her again, knowing better than to annoy her further.
He knew that things were different now, and winning Cecelia back wouldn't be easy. However, he wasn't a man to back down easily. Moreover, his initial actions were only a temporary solution; he never intended to break up with Cecelia.
Such a thought had never crossed his mind.
Since Cecelia couldn't see his determination, then time would prove it to her.
From that day on, Wayne Adams would appear in front of Cecelia every day. Sometimes doing nothing, sometimes personally bringing her a bouquet of flowers or eating a meal from the film crew's boxed lunch with her from a distance.
