Eizan PoV
My lips curled upward as I watched Eijiro on the offensive. My son was gradually growing into a fine young man, and I couldn't help but feel a swell of pride as I observed him deftly maneuvering through the sky, slinging that wooden shepherd's crook with a confidence I hadn't seen before.
He had the clown's little princess on the run. But she was a feisty one, just like Amelia. Well, better she resemble her mother than her father. The world didn't need another Vadim, that was certain.
"Go Bunny, go!" the clown yelled, jumping up and down as if he were an actual bunny.
Niconora blushed and grumbled something inaudible. The poor girl was embarrassed by her father's antics and I couldn't blame her. If I were her, I would land on the ground and burrow a hole to hide in.
Vadim's cheer was having the opposite effect he intended, giving my son an opening.
Eijiro grinned as he swung his crook at one of her wings.
