Yukihina PoV
I giggled as I watched Botan and Kohakuyuki make 'snow cakes' in the kitchen. They were dough balls covered in powdered sugar. They looked so cute.
"Mama, look! I made a snowman!" Botan said, showing me her creation.
I smiled. "That's very nice, dear. You're so creative."
Kohaku lifted his ball. "Mine is a sun!"
Botan pouted. "That's not a sun. It's just a ball."
He stuck out his tongue. "No, it's a sun! See? It's bright and warm!"
"It's not bright at all! It's just white!"
They started to argue, their voices getting louder.
I sighed. "Kids, calm down. You're both right. Yours is a snowman, Kohaku, and yours is a sun, Botan. They're both good."
They looked at me and nodded. "Okay, Mama."
They went back to playing, but more quietly.
I smiled and glanced at my oldest son, who was working the fryer to make the dough balls golden and crispy. He liked toast and fried foods for some reason. He didn't inherit my sweet tooth.
