● You can remake your body.
● You gain an incredible mind capable of absorbing/taking in vast amounts of information without overload or risk of being overwhelmed and/or forgetting. This also makes you a very skilled multitasker able to handle multiple things at a time. You also will never loose yourself mentally and emotionally, this means you could be a reality warper and you will never loose your humanity.
● Globe: You now have a globe that will hold a perfect copy of any multiverse you visit or encounter, the globe can save multiple points in the multiverses timeline and allows you to "travel" to them.
● You have gained a set of artisan tools in the form of a Paintbrush, a Pen, and a Pencil these tools allow you to manipulate the realities of the universe(s) you are in.
The paintbrush allows you to cause broad changes that affect the whole realm,
the pen allows you to cause precise permanent changes, and the pencil allows you to cause precise temporary changes.
These tools are extremely powerful reality/multidimensional warping/manipulating items, they can never be used against you or by anyone you don't give permission to. Note: If you took "Globe" the paintbrush will let you store the original universe rather than a copy.

Essence of the Ultimate Omnipotent Planeswalker
This essence encapsulates all the power and knowledge of the Omniverse, and by drinking it, you become an Ultimate Omnipotent Planeswalker. You possess immeasurable wisdom, magical power, and abilities that allow you to manipulate reality across all dimensions and timelines with ease.
• Your essence transcends all mortal, immortal, and divine realms, making you the ultimate god and master of all existence. You cannot be harmed, killed, or even affected by any force or power in the Omniverse, and your powers and abilities are limitless.
• You have complete mastery over all colors of magic, including the ability to create new types of magic that defy all understanding and laws of reality. Your magical abilities can influence time, space, matter, energy, and even concepts and emotions, allowing you to shape the very foundations of the Omniverse as you see fit.
• Your planeswalking abilities are so advanced that you can travel between any planes, dimensions, alternate timelines, and even parallel universes and realities. You can also create, destroy, or modify these realms as you see fit, creating unique planes, worlds, and timelines that nobody else can access.
• You can create anything from scratch, including objects, creatures, people, realms, and even entire Multiverses, each with their own unique properties and laws of physics. You can summon or create any being or entity from any plane, and you also have the power to destroy anything that you dislike.
• Your magical power is so limitless that you can awaken the Planeswalker spark in any being, regardless of their origin or power level, with a mere thought. You can also grant them divine powers and abilities, making them mini-gods or sentient entities under your direct control.
• You are the true master and ruler of the Omniverse and beyond, beyond rival and beyond comparison. You can alter or manipulate reality in any way you desire, create new species and technologies, rewrite history, and shape the course of the future. You can also interact with other beings, gods, and entities on your terms, and nobody can ever defy your ultimate power and wisdom.

Essence of the Divine Egg
By drinking this essence composed of celestial substance you're transcended into a nascent god and cocooned in a divine egg, gaining several boons:
• Your entire being (mind, body, and soul) is converted into a raw and nigh unstable celestial substance equal or larger than the size of earth's core. You are now the divine/cosmic equivalent of an infant whose excess energy can spawn galactic clusters or even entire universes. However, you are unable to defend yourself until maturity thus must rely on your other boons for protection.
• Gain a large mega world that surrounds your form that acts like an incubator for you. Its purpose is to condense and concentrate your form while keeping a majority of your power in check. The size and shape of this world is for you to decide whether that's a flat earth the size of earth's orbit or a mechanical world the size of a solar system.
• Spread throughout the entirety of your mega world are several paracausal/Magi-tech facilities and technology meant to promote your growth. Each facility/technology performs one or more functions that either stabilize your esoteric energies or defend you from invaders. These facilities are nearly impossible to destroy with only esoteric powers/weapons of equal or greater strength being able to damage them.
• Gain a sun that is both a source of light, heat, and energy but also a massive reality engine/anchor. Its main purpose is to provide a safe environment for you to gestate by creating reality. The reality created by the sun is anathema to all Outsiders (cosmic horrors, eldritch gods, etc.), its light kills weaker outsiders while stronger entities are made vulnerable. It creates reality by transmuting the primordial void/chaos from nonexistence into existence.
o As reality expands further and further, lesser suns will be created to help stabilize it. They are not as powerful as the greater sun but are still useful.
• Gain the ability to create pocket dimensions that can serve any purpose you desire. Examples include but aren't limited to:
o An afterlife where the souls of your mortals upon death and is shaped to your desire.
o A realm of constant warfare where your warrior are sent in order to sharpen their skills.
• Born from your essence are a legion of servitors whose purpose is to serve your will/protect. They are creatures of both chaos and order, gaining the powers of both with neither of the weaknesses. They are infallibly loyal to you on a metaphysical level; there is no means (corruption, subversion, etc.) for them to be turned against you. You may decide what their appearance will be whether that's humanoid or not.
• Lastly, you are given a vaste boundary that separates your reality from the primordial void/chaos. It exists as a universe size dimension of immutable reality that prevents you from being swarmed by innumerable Outsiders. It acts like a membrane that slowly permeates small amounts of the Outside to enter so the sun can transmute it. The boundary grows in tandem with reality, making sure that it always surrounds and protects you.
• After around a millennia, you shall reach full maturity and become a being of pure cosmic might. Your mind, body, and soul become completely inviolate thus rendering you immune to any outside influence. The powers to create, manipulate, and destroy a multiverse as easily as breathing.
