Ellie snaps out of her dazed state and looks at Adam standing by the door.
"Adam, come in," She says, getting up from her chair and flattening her dress.
"What are you doing in here all alone?" Adam asks, stepping into the room and closing the door of the office behind him.
"Nothing, just catching some alone time," Ellie says, giving him a gentle smile. "Come join me," She says, picking up the wine bottle, showing it to Adam.
"Sure," Adam says as he walks up to her.
Ellie takes out a glass, pours one for Adam, and passes it to him before sitting down on the edge of her desk.
Adam closes the distance and stands before her, staring into her eyes while putting on a pleasant smile on his face. He wanted to make sure that Ellie feels comfortable even with him standing right in front of her, blocking her view of the rest of the room.
