I move forward across the storm-cleared sand, keeping low and checking every shift in the terrain. Up ahead, the ground drops into a shallow crater field, scattered with small rocky outcrops. I stay crouched, scanning constantly.
Movement catches my eye about seventy meters away. A player is slipping behind a partial sand wall. The distance is close enough for an UZI, but I decide the SCAR-L with a 4x scope will give me more control.
I crouch behind a low mound and hold my breath. I aim at the enemy's upper torso and fire a controlled burst. Two hits connect. The enemy ducks behind the sand wall, but I anticipate his movement. The previous shots caused a small collapse in the wall, leaving him partially exposed. I fire again—another hit.
He tries to roll into another crater, but I track him instantly. Third burst—he goes down.
Looting quickly, I grab a level 2 vest at fifty percent durability, sixty rounds of 5.56, and a 4x scope, keeping my SCAR-L equipped.
The zone shifts east. About fifteen players remain. I spot smoke rising in the distance, probably another fight. I crouch along shallow dune ridges. The sand pockets shift underfoot, some looser than others. I avoid stepping too deep; it would slow me down.
A sand bunker comes into view—a shallow collapse from the storm. I know these can give temporary cover but can collapse if hit. I crouch at the edge, peek inside. Clear. I move in to heal, using bandages and an energy drink to restore fully.
Suppressed sniper shots reach me faintly from behind a ridge, roughly 180 meters away. Not aimed at me yet. I rotate carefully, avoiding open lines, and notice another enemy near a small mound about forty meters to my left. I crouch, burrow slightly into the sand, blending in.
The enemy pops up to aim forward. I fire a controlled UZI burst. He tries to burrow again, but half the sand collapses from impact, leaving him fully exposed. Second burst—he's down.
Looting yields fifty rounds of 9mm and a smoke grenade.
I scan the horizon. The storm warning flickers again—damage zones could spawn randomly. I adjust my path toward a partially collapsed warehouse cluster. Some structures show cracks, debris hanging; cover could change dynamically.
Crouch-sprinting along low dunes, I avoid soft sand holes that could slow me or trigger a slight fall. Small rocks and rubble provide temporary cover as I approach.
At the warehouses, I hear movement in two separate buildings. Footsteps on the ground floor—slow, cautious. Faint rifle reload upstairs—probably an AR.
I decide to flank the first building. Using a collapsed sand wall as cover, I fire two quick UZI bursts through a half-open door. Footsteps above—stairs creak. Someone is repositioning upstairs. I push inside carefully. Ground floor is empty.
The staircase is clear. I see the second-floor player for a split second. Swap to SCAR-L with 4x, aim at the staircase opening, fire controlled bursts. Torso hit. He ducks behind the railing.
I anticipate the balcony escape. Adjust aim higher. Another burst—upper chest exposed. Kill confirmed.
Loot: level 3 helmet, M16A4 with 5.56 ammo, vertical grip.
Zone timer ticks. About ten players remain. I rotate toward small ridges northeast. The storm could trigger again. I avoid loose sand holes along the path. Collapsible sand cover along the ridge edge could be useful in final fights.
As I move along, footsteps behind me reach my ears—suppressed AR, about thirty meters away along the opposite dune. I burrow slightly for partial camouflage. The enemy approaches, unaware. I fire UZI bursts. He takes damage, sprints sideways, partially exposed as sand collapses under him.
Second burst — kill confirmed.
I grab the loot quickly: five bandages, one energy drink.
I check the map. The next safe zone is smaller, scattered with dunes and half-collapsed buildings. I need to rotate fast.
Seven players left alive. I move toward the nearest dune cover, crouch-sprinting carefully. Every sand mound gets a quick check for burrowed enemies. Some of these holes could collapse if hit, so I keep my distance from fragile structures.
At the edge of a dune, I spot two players already engaged. One's behind a small sand mound. The other is prone near a pile of fallen building rubble. I decide to let them fight a bit and crouch low, tracking both.
The first player goes down. The second remains. I drop prone and use the sand burrow mechanic, leaving only my head and muzzle visible. I wait, watching as they heal.
Finally, they pop up and aim forward. I fire a short UZI burst — it connects. They retreat into a shallow crater. I switch to the SCAR-L and mount a 4x scope. From the ridge, I tap-fire, hitting repeatedly. The enemy tries to crawl behind a small sand bunker, which partially collapses under their weight. I give a final burst. Kill confirmed.
Four players left alive. The zone shrinks — final phase starting.
I move to a higher ridge to get a better view of the remaining dunes and ruins. The storm warning flickers; minor environmental damage is possible. Loose sand, collapsible walls, burrow spots, and unstable building debris — everything could be cover or a trap.
I crouch, scanning the horizon, ready for the final engagements.
