Chapter 77 — Region of Frost VIII: Trouble Within III
Isabella feels it. The first sign of something wrong when Zarracen's Videle oddly flickers out of existence. Then it roars to like a fire that was given more oxygen as fuel than it could take. A combustion of energy that sent trepidation through her. Her feet moves.
She did not think. She did not have to. Zarracen was in danger. Not from herself. But, Maia-Tiam. She senses her ancestor near her love. Inferring immediately that she was the cause of this massive uptick of energy.
"What is happening?" Concern is clear in Tushar's voice as he falls into step behind Isabella.
His run keeping pace with her as they make their way towards the training ground. The Accursed woman was also beside her like an unwelcome leech she must keep around to satisfy her own desires.
Isabella notes Tushar is the only rushing towards the area where Zarracen was in danger with her that was part of her own family.
