In the nursery, Sheehan was crawling on the floor. He was crawling quite well now, with soft mats laid out on the ground and the edges wrapped with soft plastic, so there was no fear of him bumping into anything.
"Sheehan, come to mommy." Sienna Johnson clapped her hands to attract his attention.
Sheehan had already crawled to the wall, and seeing there was no way forward, he turned around and crawled back towards his mother.
"Sheehan, well done, keep going."
Halfway there, he saw his father push the door open and enter. Sheehan changed direction and crawled towards his father, who would lift him high up, something Sheehan really loved.
"Ah, oo oo oo..." Sheehan crawled quickly to Adrian Desmond's feet, holding his leg as if trying to stand up.
Adrian lifted his son, "Giggle..." Sheehan laughed, waiting to be lifted high.
Adrian came over to Sienna Johnson, who was sitting on the floor playing with a hand bell.
"How are things going?" Sienna asked.
"Kiya has left."
