Finally, the final part, I feel like the last season of AOT edging viewers which part will be the last one.
Enjoy the read though it is long but this entire chapter was more than 21k, dethroning chapter 13 for having the most word count. I can say for a fact I won't miss reviewing and writing these chapters, good riddance.

POV Shinano
The dream walker let out a sigh as she watched the carnage unfold between 2 factions she didn't know of. At first, she was kind of bummed that they were literally gatekeeping the fight, but when she saw the amount of carnage unfolding, she was pretty happy getting time to fix some damage to herself and her aircraft.
On the admirals ship he and Nagato were idly talking about current affairs.
"Say Nagato, what do you think of Haruka," Mason asked the petite battleship who was gazing at the ongoing battle
"Haruka. She's strong, bold and mysterious." Nagato said as the reflection in her eyes showed multiple beams of blue light decimated numerous enemy ships almost like the one Haruka had.
"Then do you think there's more to her than what meets the eye." Mason asked, carefully poking to get a reaction.
Negative slightly turned her head to face, "I don't know what you're putting across admiral. Hardware, though mysterious, has her reasons to keeping a secret. Whatever, I believe that she will tell us in good time."
Mason sighed, he wanted to tell her, the current empress of Sakura Empire, that their real leader was back but he didn't want to complicate things.
A few moments later loudly klaxons rang throughout the ship, grasping the attention of the 2 figures.
"Bridge sitrep!" Mason shouted through the internal comms.
Outside multiple ships girls could be seen doing a 180 as their how pointed to the earth.
"Sir, sensors have picked up a massive explosion close to Tokyo!" The XO reported in a shaky voice.
At the mention of their capital, Nagato immediately bolted out of the room, heading towards the nearest exit to take charge of the defense.
Once outside her rigging manifested around her, her thrusters immediately firing as she raced forward.
The rest of the Sakuran forces followed their leader without any order needed to be given. However, their path was soon blocked of as multiple positron beams sailed past them causing them to halt in their tracks.
Many pissed off looks stared at the perpetrators that just happened to be loitering in the rear.
Battle carrier Apollo Norm and Antares. Both ships quickly changed into kansen form as they neared.
Both kansens looked like twins, the only difference being their different hair colour with one dark blue and the other light blue.
"What is the meaning of this," Nagato said as a red flame danced in her eyes.
"Orders from Amaterasu were to prohibited any of you from entering any fight with Gatalantis forces. On the surface there are a lot of them. "
"It's our right to defend our citizens what use does it have to keep us here while civilians could be slaughtered on the surface while we speak" Nagato said inching closer to the Andromeda class ship, the height difference being clear but that didn't make battleship any dangerous.
"It's to stop you guys from killing yourselves. Your no match for Gatalantis and I'd rather not have any more allies throwing themselves into an unwinnable fight." Apollo said, her eyes glowing a light blue and thr tensions between them rising sharply.
It took the intervention of Ginga and Shinano to prevent a brawl from happening. Both sides returned to their original areas according to Amaterasu's order.
This ticked of a lot kansens but they had to silently comply with the order.
Her eyes glanced at Ginga, who was parked next to her, and she wondered why her sister didn't go and help her comrades. She hummed and shelved that thought; she was sure her sister had her reasons, but there was a growing well of worry that she, as one ship, never appeared again as soon as the new friendly faction appeared.
Shinano sighed after reeling back Nagato using some of her authority as a Yamato class to stop her. Her eyes glanced back to Earth wondering if they might actually make it. A few moments passed before a beep was made from her radar console. This made her curious as she glanced at it, only to notice 2 crafts quickly making their way to her position. This made her suspicious until the IFF identified them as a friendly from BBY-01, her sisters.
Soon after, an alert appeared on the console as the craft lit its SOS beacon. This can only mean one of 2 things. They were in danger, or something was broken, and they were making an emergency landing, and Shinano put her money on an emergency as they were still moving in her direction, but their speed was way too fast.
Emergency klaxons immediately sounded on the bridge this time not for battle but for recovery operations as orange glows filled hallways. The few remaining fighters on the deck were immediately pulled into the hangar while the deck manjuus took safety, but they were ready with all sorts of equipment if the worst happened.
Multiple nets emerged from the deck prepared to catch the crafts as they came into view. 1 seagull seemed to be moderately damaged while the other one was severely damaged with a flaming engine and damaged body, making control extremely difficult. The badly damaged one could be seen inverting its wings as its engines fired at maximum output to slow it down but that seemed to be a fairy tale.
The seagull slammed into the deck, its landing gear almost buckling from the intense pressure only barely surviving as the shock absorbers were pushed to their elastic limit. This caused the seagull to continue forward and into a barrier net which absorbed most of energy and allowing it to slow down and eventually stop.
The moderately damaged seagull managed to safely land towards the rear of the ship. Once things were confirmed to be safe and the fire extinguished on the badly damaged one both seagulls were rushed into the pressured hangar where Shinano and her team of manjuus were.
The rear ramps of the 2 seagulls dropped, and instead of them meeting civilians or Yamato herself, they opened to reveal the manjuus of Yamato, with the chicks receiving a varying degree of injuries, but luckily none were fatal. Shinano's manjuus, upon seeing this, instantly rushed to help their comrades without needing an order as they worked with a vigour the carrier rarely saw, but that wasn't what was occupying her mind.
'Why would Yamato evacuate her manjuu.'
This was something rarely done even among Azur Lane ships, and the only times it ever happened were if the ship girl gave the order to abandon ship .....
A look of terror struck the supercarrier as her thoughts began to spiral, but she tried to rationalise her thoughts since her sister could never easily give up, she was the strongest ship she knew, there was no way she would go down that easily. The only thing she could do was go confirm from the source, Yamato's manjuus in her med bay.
A few minutes later, we could see someone else rush through the hallways of the carrier in a silver captain's uniform. Ginga had also seen the SOS from the seagulls and immediately rushed to the carrier to get information on her elder sister.
She stopped once she finally reached the med bay and opened the door only to see a controlled chaos of manjuus moving around to help other manjuus that were injured. Ginga was bewildered for a moment, but when she spotted Shinano, she tossed that confusion aside and went to get more information.
She walked at a brisk pace, but upon looking at her sister's face, she got uneasy since she was staring blankly at what looked like an officer manjuu.
"Sister do you know where Yamato is?" Ginga asked but received no response making her tense up since something was not right.
She looked at the officer manjuu, who was also looking disheartened, and asked, "Is Yamato okay?"
The manjuu shook its head, making Ginga fear something bad had happened and to make her fear come true, the manjuu lifted one of its wings as a holographic video played. The picture quality wasn't great since it seemed to have been shot from the seagull while it was escaping, and it showed someone holding something white in their hands before the video turned white, a large shaking passed through them as the plane was thrown about before abruptly ending.
"That person, it can't be, right?" Ginga asked as she looked at Shinano, whose hands were visibly trembling, chose not to answer as tears pricked her eyes. "Who did this!" Ginga asked the manjuu with a menacing tone as her boiling anger was showing.
The manjuu could only point at a window facing the ongoing battle, and that was all Ginga needed as she made her way back to the ship, but along the way, Shinano appeared, but this time she was .. different.
"Ginga bring me with you," Shinano said not even asking but Ginga told her that's she a carrier and didn't want to put her life on risk to which Shinano answered, "Ginga, I am a supercarrier, I can give you the cover you need. We both want to get revenge and I'm not stopping until that enemy is sunk."
Ginga looked at Shinano and saw that she genuinely wanted to do just, and plus there's always the saying that 2 is better than 1, "Fine, but don't let that anger cloud your judgment, sister."
After a short procedure of transferring Yamato's manjuus to an actual medical ship, the 2 sisters set off at full speed to the battle that was starting to look grim as more capital ships appeared, straining the defenders.
But there's also the tried and tested saying of , 'The more you fuck around the more you'll find out"
POV: Blue Noah
The state of the art battleship was nothing short of a beast as she led the charge against the frontal force against Gatalantis. With her large calibre guns, she could engage enemies from a safe distance and pack enough punch to strike through multiple ships, if you pair her with her air wing then she can basically become a one man army as her large fighter compliment terrorised the Gatalantis ships.
Her creators built her to be the sharpest battleship in the navy with guns that can overmatch any kind of material and a large frontal firepower to make anyone think twice about engaging her in a brawl and even if you tried to swarm her, she could patiently snipe you from a distance but close quarters was one of her weak points *Flashback to 2220 AD*
The ship girl was in the ship's main bridge, looking over the ship's performance as it punched through the enemy. Her blue eyes reflected the colour of the display, her hands resting on a panel. Her dark blue hair, which reached around her chest area, was neatly tied behind her as she worked.
She kept track of the battle around her, though her AI was doing the heavy lifting, processing it all, but that was basically child's play for it as it calculated and adapted to the fight in real time. Through this, she was able to notice the buildup of enemy forces further back in the fight, and this made her want to break formation and head there, but she wasn't sure if the enemy would use it as a chance to divide and conquer.
Seeing the cons outweigh the pros on her plan, she decided to support them fully until new portals formed around them and an ally she had never before emerged to help the EDF in their defence. This was the Gamilas Empire's fleet, which more than provided enough firepower to give Blue Noah the greenlight to go give the enemy a few headaches.
Her wings opened up again as her fighters were recalled to rearm, and once they were all in, her wings folded back in before her engine ramped up its energy production, sending her forward until she reached warp speed and did a warp, emerging out of the enemy's effective fire range but not hers.
A small smile was on her face as she unleashed her full firepower unloading round after round into Gatalantis ship, poking their hulls full of holes like cheese. Her cosmo pulsars soon released racing towards the enemy before unleashing their missile payload which was 12 per aircraft giving them a deadly ranged weapon.
The mix of missiles from the aircraft and positron rounds from Noah decimated the enemy and to add insult to injury missile hatches on Noah opened revealing a large missile with 8 VLS and 10 forward torpedoes being launched. These missiles hunted and sunk damaged and ships that were somehow unscathed in the attack.
The few surviving Berserk Battalion ships did a tactical retreat as more warp signatures were detected behind them.
A few moments later the rest of the main force warped in to support her offensive and to add insult to injury multiple large missiles warped in around the enemies, further pinning them as they crashed into multiple Gatalantis ships destroying them in a brilliant chained explosion.
However, even in the ongoing destruction Noah's radar pinged something small moving forward through it all. This piqued her interest as her main screen showed a live feed from one of her cameras that revealed a humanoid figure coasting forward through the carnage around her. Noah was in a mix of confusion and shock at what this person was doing, but something told her that it wanted a 1 v 1.
The camera zoomed in on the person showing that they were smiling through it all and this also made her smile because, if it was a fight it wanted then it was a fight it would get.
A dark blue glow encased the ship as it broke into thousands of cubes before converging to form her rigging. The rigging was similar to Andromeda's with her bow basically being split in 2. Each piece of her bow had one horn at the upper half and lower half had a half a piece. Her main guns were split evenly with 5 on each side and 2 secondary guns. Rounding it off each side had its delta wing that housed her cosmo pulsars.
Her main engine lit up pushing her forward as the distance between these 2 closed. Upon further observation, it would seem the opposition was a familiar face one we saw a few times in the book, pitch black hair reaching her waist and golden eyes.
When they reached 1km apart both sides stopped as they sized each other up, their smiles never leaving their face even as the rest of the fleets duked it out around them.
"You," the enemy person said pointing at Noah, "You look like you'll be fun to play with. So far, this universe hasn't shown any powerful foe other than my old rival, and you look like the strongest one among my sisters' previous killers."
The way she spoke confused Noah, but she didn't mind it; this only gave her more time to prepare her fighters just in case.
"Let's see if your strength can match that smile you're putting on," the enemy said before increasing her speed and closing the distance rapidly.
Noah calmly observed as her hand hovered in front of her as if she were waiting for something. This made the enemy think they were mocking her, which irritated her, causing her hands to be covered in a purple energy. She swung her right hand for a powerful jab but she had missed something critical.
A diamond formation formed below Noah's hand, causing something to erupt from subspace, making her blow land on something metallic. When she looked, she saw a great sword firmly in the grip of the battleship, who used the blade to absorb her attack.
"Clever," the enemy side as they retreated, putting some distance between them again, "My name is Ark, second of the Archelias fortress."
"Blue Noah, sole ship of my class, Battle carrier," Noah said as she rested her blade on her shoulder a blue glow illuminating her eyes.
Both titans stared at each other before rushing, each starting what would become a fight to remember.
Both ships rushed at each other while Noah swung her sword in a heavy vertical slash causing Ark to block it with her shield. But this was an error on her part as cracks emerged moments after the sword struck.
Noah smiled as her main guns discharged converging into 10 beams that pierced the compromised shield and smacking straight into Ark.
A giant explosion followed sending Noah backwards. A smile was on her face but she knew the battle wasn't over as she pointed her blade forward.
Emerging from the explosion, Ark wore a devilish smile as she observed the damage done to her.
Her body was bruised and wounded from her torso going upwards making the fortress something she hasn't felt in a while, pain.
"It really was a good choice to fight you. Since you displayed that much power I can only return the favour. " Ark said closing her eyes.
A large purple flame surrounded her as her rigging took shape behind her in form of what looks like metallic bone fragment of an angel wing. Red runes were etched into the structure giving it an ancient feeling, her eyes changed into a glowing deep red colour.
The rest of the flame condensed at one point and Ark reached in to pull out a sword made in the same material as her wings.
To crown it all off 2 red halos appeared above her head. On closer inspection it seemed like they were written with strange writing within them but it was so thick it looked like a solid colour.
"Now prepare yourself Blue Noah", Ark said raising her sword.
Sensing the spike in energy Noah immediately went on the defensive unloading her main batteries continuously while retreating, however here once effective shots were doing nothing to stop her charge.
"You think you can escape", Ark said while raising her left hand a deep purple glow surging around it as gravity was manipulated by her.
Noah soon felt her speed drop until she was being pulled back towards Ark. She stopped her efforts of trying to escape and focused fully on the attack.
Her sword burned with a bright colour as she swung in a heavy swing. Ark smiled and blocked soaking in all that force.
"A commendable effort, but it's my turn now." Ark said, shoving Noah backwards a considerable distance.
The middle of her sword expanded outwards as a bright pink energy built up inside. Noah grit her teeth as she calculated her chances, using her WMG was out the window since she didn't have enough time and that just left her with one shield.
Her core output ramped up past normal levels as she focused it all to her front, blue lightning sparking off her hands.
Ark smiled before pointing her sword forward, the energy stored discharged and erupting in a large pink beam.
The beam struck with a force Noah has never felt before and her shield almost buckled but tech from 2220 was miles ahead thus her shield withstood a planet destroying beam for a few moments before cracks started spreading.
Noah grit her teeth as excess energy was spilling from the edges smacking into her rigging. She held the line with all of her being as her vision turned white the final layer reacting with the beam and causing an explosion that sent her flying, knocking her out cold.
She would have continued flying if it weren't for 2 rocket anchors flying in and attaching to her rigging, robbing her of her momentum as she came to a rest.
The 2 cruisers arrived in the nickname time saving Noah from disappearing in the dark. Though they now had a new problem and it was staring right at them.
"I don't think we can fight her," Oicchi said, her voice full of lingering fear as both cruisers were petrified under the fortresses gaze.
"So what, do you want to let the enemy finish this kansen." Kitakami said gritting her teeth as she willed her body to move summoning her sword. "We hold our ground no matter what."
Oicchi didn't like this plan whatsoever but it wasn't like they had a choice, from the moment they intervened they were already marked.
"Some small fry want to join the big leagues," Ark said while giving out a laugh, "Step aside"
Arks last statement was laces with killing intent that sent shivers down the cruisers spines but in the face of overwhelming strength they had to at least try.
Both cruisers rushed forward, their VLS cells opening and dumping half of their remaining cosmic tipped missiles.
These missiles sailed forward and harmlessly exploded against Arks shield but they ended up obscuring her vision which was perfect as they lined up on either side and unleashed a heavy dose of positron rounds.
Ark who was unscathed faces Kitakami and launched herself at her, Oicchi tried to lay down cover but it was like shooting a bb gun at a steel shield.
Kitakami focused fully on Ark as she sharpened all her senses, any wrong move and she's dead. Ark swung a diagonal slash which Kitakami avoided ducking under it while returning her own slash but she ended grazing against her shield.
Kitakami grit her teeth as she tried to put some distance but that backfired as felt an immense gravity pull her in.
Her shields immediately went up but that proved useless as Ark's sword slashed through it and raked it across her right rigging.
Explosions shook Kitakami before she felt a massive force slammed into her gut causing g her to spit out blood.
Ark enjoyed toying with these cruiser as she yanked Kitakami by her hair but the one thing she didn't factor in was the resolve of these human ships.
A giant dark blue flame burned on Kitakami's sword as she tried to stab Ark only for her to run into that stupid shield.
Ark snapped the blade with her brute strength and raised the cruisers to eye level.
"Commendable effort but I guess your luck runs here", Ark brought down her sword as she mercilessly raked it across her torso causing a large pool of blood to flow freely into space. She then proceeded to chuck her into a nearby Calaklum smashing her into its side and causing the battleships hull to buckle from the impact speed and gaping hole in its hull.
Oicchi who was trying to suppress Ark all this time lost it when she saw her sister get fatally wounded and tossed aside.
All her remaining cosmic tipped missiles were sent forward while she pulled out a rifle that being her cosmic gun and charged it up.
Ark who launched forward took the brunt of the missiles and even ate a cosmic gun at close range and still moved forward all with a smile on her face.
Her sword swung down cleaving Oicchi's gun in two before she proceeded to hold the cruisers by the throat her sword ready to end it all.
"You 2 really are an interesting bunch, too bad you had to fight me," Ark said raising her sword only for her sensors to trip and her shield on her left side deployed in full force as a golden beam closed the distance. The one responsible was standing at the opening of the Calaklum her breathing ragged but her entire being was covered in a golden hue with a brilliant golden light spewing from her eyes.
A few minutes prior.
Kitakami was barely clinging to life, the wound across her torso worsening.
She could faintly see the colours from Oicchi weapons being discharged and she could nothing to help her and she hated that.
She hated the fact that she was useless in the fight but more than that she hated the difference in strength between them.
Warnings faintly blared in her head as the Cosmic Engine breached its limits as continued rising beyond 200%.
As her vision begun to fade she gave on final prayer. 'Please protect those dear to me'
Her vision turned dark in the same moment her engine started glowing golden as something formed next to her.
Golden energy clumped together to form Teresa who carefully looked at the kansen in front of her.
"Your heart is pure and for that you may have the strength to protect those that you love."
Teressa pressed her hand over Kitakami's heart, a brilliant golden light erupting from it and wrapped around the cruisers body.
When Kitakami immediately came to she looked startled but the one thing at the fore front of her mind.
Her body was stiff and barely moved but she forced it standing up and walking towards the exit only to watch Ark mere moments from ending her sister. This sent her into overdrive as her main guns locked target as 8 golden beams sailed through the open space.
These soon condensed into 4 that struck Ark pinpoint accuracy.
Ark had lost one shield layer to this strike which showed how much power it packed. She could barely contain her smile as she threw away the sister who had passed out, sending her floating in a random direction.
The ship and fortress stared at each other before rushing at each other. Both then rushed at each other with Kita summoning a new sword that glowed with the same energy.
Both titans soon meet with their swords grinding at each other, with each side trying g to overpower the other and Ark was able to do it sending her backwards only to receive a full salvo.
This time she kept her shield on full force before her sensors detected Kita rotating around her, her phoenix turrets blazing away but as she rotated around her.
But before long the turrets stopped firing, shocking Kita as Ark immediately pressed on her thrusting her sword with deadly accuracy. Kita could see the blade and perfectly paired the blade sending it to her side but at the cost of her left arm bearing the full brunt of the attack.
This was a good trade off as she instantly sprang on the attack sending her blade forward and piercing one of her shields before giving Ark a shallow cut as she backed away.
Ark looked down her hand touching the wound and seeing her blood leak out from an attack from a mere cruisers. She didn't get time to digest the wave of emotions hitting her, warnings were displayed by her sensors as a large energy signature was heading towards her.
Her head turned around to see a large golden beam race towards her as her shields powered on at full force. This blast had more kick and shred past 2 of her shields on her right bit the last one held firm.
Ark looked and saw the ship had thrown before return hit the gun she had cleaved in 2 was back in one piece. Both sisters stared down at Ark with both having a golden glow covering their entire body.
Both ships locked in on Ark who just smiled as if she wasn't in any tough spot at all.
Kitakami launched forward, her thrusters burning stronger than ever blitzing Ark who used her shield to defend. This was when Both cruisers unloaded all their armaments with their missiles receiving a boost to their punch.
From far away it looked like miniature stats were going on in space as the cruisers rotated their position to not give Ark time to use her abilities but they soon found that their engine pressure was rapidly decreasing leading to a drop in their power but that didn't stop them.
Both cruisers pressed on Ark attacking from 2 sides with every weapon available. Both cruiser swung down for a heavy vertical slash, their blades coated in a golden energy.
Ark used the flat of her blade to block the attack but she was surprised when the cruisers increased their engine power pushing her back from their combined thrust.
The cruisers had also underestimated Ark's capabilities as the purple orb formed again but this time instead of attracting things it set off an explosion as all the accumulated energy was discharged sending the cruisers backwards from the force of the blast.
Their RCS was able to stabilise them but at this point they were running on fumes as their golden hue flickered on and off.
"Oicchi"
"I know"
Both cruisers charged up their blades with everything they got as an enormous flame burned behind them. They decided to up the strength as they focused on concentrating the energy which was difficult since they didn't understand the energy flowing through them.
Through sheer concentration they were able to bring it to about twice the width of their swords. Doing this expended a lot of mental strength making the 2 of them nosebleed but with a powerful swing they released that energy straight at Ark.
"That's more like it," Ark said as her remaining shield layers were focused in front of her the 2 golden beams smashing into her with a force of hundreds of WMG's.
The resulting explosion put the rest before it to same as it captured the sight of all the ships in the area and even those who could see on Earth. The blast also served as a jump start waking up Noah from her coma like state.
Both cruisers were heaving heavily trying to expel get control over their heart that was still over operational limits. But that time didn't come as their sensors warned them of a large energy signature in front of them.
We can see Ark emerge from explosion intact but her body was moderately damaged with her final shields collapsing and her armour taking the brunt of the damage. The metallic wings behind her were shattered with pieces missing from it.
Her sword was glowing a deep purple, a devilish smile on her face as she returned the favour.
"Block this", her sword raked across space sending a dark purple crescent of energy across.
Both cruisers grit their teeth and deployed their shield at maximum power, a golden layer formed above it.
The moment the slash struck a blinding white light was created as both energies annihilated each other and in the end the shields held just long enough as an explosion followed sending both cruisers flying backwards.
Ark let out a chuckle as she watched another ship rise up, her sensors picking up a spike in energy.
"Finally," her red eyes met with dark blue eyes that were filled with malice, "Blue Noah"
POV: Andromeda (Before the fight)
After disengaging the TAG system all 3 ships rushed forward to help the BBB's that were being wrecked. She mingled with the idea of using the TAG system to warp her closer to the fight, but on further thought, she trashed it since the 2 of them used different energies to begin with, and the distance wasn't that far to make warping practical.
Another reason she didn't need to warp was due to Blue Noah warping in and assisting the BBB ships in holding the line further assisted by the main force. It didn't take long for things to start going off course when she saw Noah go into Kansens ' form against a foe that made her feel wary for no apparent reason.
Out of the blue, her sensors started going off as the space in front of her was beginning to get thinner, almost like something was breaching. It was at this moment a look of realization flashed across Andy causing her to stretch out her right hand as small plates lifted up from her bow rigging glowing with an intense blue colour before launching forward forming a shield from the graviton spread.
Moments later the cruisers, who were parked next to Andy, detected a surge in energy as space in front of them was carved out and a bright pink beam bursting through and crashing into the shield.
A hole was blown straight through subspace causing an influx of energy to seep into their world as space was repairing itself to close the hole blown through it. Flying out of the tear was another humanoid figure but this one was already damaged though they didn't have any friendly IFF making Andy tense as the figure saw the trio and broke out into a creepy smile.
Andy didn't have a good feeling about this fight, thus instructed the cruisers to continue forward while she fought this unknown enemy.
When the cruisers moved past Andy, the enemy suddenly charged at them, causing Andy to fire all 4 of her main guns. The 12 beams each zeroed in on one of the figure, which made her raise her hand that was covered in a massive blue gauntlet. The beams struck the armoured gauntlet and proceeded to be deflected making Andromeda slightly shocked since no ship has survived a single salvo from all her guns ever.
"Facing off those subs was annoying, but facing you might just be fun. As the eighth Arbiter of strength you should be honoured that I chose to fight you," Arbiter said as she launched herself forward faster than what Andy was used to.
Andy didn't know what she was talking about, other than maybe facing off the Gamilas submarines, but she didn't think about it further as she swung her sword.
The 2 weapons clashed, causing sparks to fly off each other as each ship pushed with all its might to try and overpower the other. It was at this the perks of a kansen came in as Andromeda dumped a salvo at point blank causing an explosion to occur as they penetrated the other ships shields and left her body with various injuries but ,none were severe.
It was around this point that another explosion lit up the darkness of space as Andromeda looked only to see Noah getting sent flying and the 2 cruisers fighting against someone who wasn't on their level.
"Eyes over here." A voice sounded on Andy's side, causing her to fire her thrusters, rotating her absurdly fast, causing her sword to pick up a lot of energy, impacting Arbiters gauntlets as she tried to block and sending her flying even though small cracks appeared on Andy's sword.
Andromeda used this opportunity to launch herself into the worsening battle, only for the space in front of her to distort as the enemy she had sent flying emerged wearing a grin that ticked her off.
A strange blue energy surrounded her as Arbiters rigging formed a rounded her.
"It's been a while since I was launched that far, and it's also been a while since I took on this form, so you should count yourself lucky for gracing such."
Andromeda didn't have time to chit chat and immediately pressed on her. The 2 ships were locked in a deadly battle as they each traded blows, with Andy showing more skill as she parried the Arbiter's blows and delivered attacks that would have hit, but somehow the Arbiter was slowly getting faster and stronger with each blow they did. The gauntlets on her hands were glowing a brighter shade of blue after every trade which went unnoticed by Andromeda.
Andy thrust her sword, aiming to critically injure her, only for the knight to block it and counter with her own attack that Andromeda barely managed to block with her free hand, only for it to be a feint that led her being pulled in and kneed receiving a gut-wrenching blow to the gut.
This knocked her back a couple of meters slighty dazed. The more time she took, the worse things got for the others and to answer her thoughts an even bigger explosion occurred where the cruisers were. Andy grit her teeth as her sword glowed with an eerie blue colour her anger rising sharply.
"Move!" A sharp reply came from Andromeda as her sword lit up in a blue fire.
The siren in front of her smiled devilishly as she looked at the massive amounts of energy being discharged by the superdreadnought. A wave of ecstasy washed over her.
"Yes, that's exactly what I want" A blue energy covered their hands as they prepared for another round.
This ticked Andromeda even more as white lightning shot up from her form. Her cluster missiles, rapid fire missiles and deadly graviton spread launchers were all prepared for firing.
"Seems like you didn't quite hear me," her tone full of malice echoed as she summoned another sword in her left hand, "Get Out Of My Way!"
A wave of missiles launched ahead of her, together with her graviton spread shots that punched through its shields and carved out a chunk of the sirens' rigging. The battleship launched herself as her eyes looked past the threat in front of her and towards another ship in an even worse situation, Blue Noah.
The ship being referred to coughed up blood as their vision clouded over.
Multiple hull breaches, damage to turret 1-4, reduced Wave Motion core output
She felt so tired, she wanted it to end but she couldn't. Her grip on her great sword tightened as a blue flame burned from her sword. How could she give up so easily when everyone needed her the most. Her eyes glanced at the cruisers who came to her aide fight valiantly even if they knew they were outclassed.
A memory surfaced from a moment on the moon at the Sea of Tranquillity.
"It pisses me off that I'm being turned into a museum ship just to be replaced by you, greenhorn"
An annoyed Shunran said as she watched her ship get towed to the museum. Her ship which served the UNCF with all its might and through countless battles against the Dark Nebula was finally being laid to rest. Blue Noah, who was next to her, lowered her head since she didn't feel well replacing a ship like Shunran when she had so much experience while Noah was just fresh from the docks with zero combat experience.
"Hey," Shunran called out to Noah as she nervously lifted her head, "what's with that look on your face, greener."
Noah tried to put on a more serious face but out of nowhere Shunran patted her head.
"Listen here Noah. I'm proud that you're my successor. Don't listen to whatever I'm saying it's just my ego taking a hit. In all seriousness, I think you will do a great job leading the UNCF. You have strength that's unmatched in this galaxy, heck, I'm pretty sure other capital ships would run away from the sight of your big guns, though your shields and armour are a bit of a weak point. Just make sure no matter how tough the enemy, shock canons are always the solution and your Wave Motion Gun is always your ace."
A smile now plastered Shunran's face as she gave a salute to the young battleship who returned it.
"And above all, protect humanity no matter what."
Noah returned the salute before falling into silence as they watched her ship getting tugged by Dreadnoughts into the giant museum.
Blue Noah grit her teeth as she remembered the people who were rooting for her. Even if her rigging was badly damaged and smoking she'd fight. Even if she was on her last legs she'd fight no matter what!
She gripped the handle of her sword tightly as she rushed back into the fight, the 2 cruisers who were seemingly at their limit as each one of them was sent back by a strong strike to their shield that buckled under the immense strength.
Noah swung her sword which was quickly blocked by the enemy.
"I knew that wouldn't have put you down," A laugh escaped their lips, "Came at me with your full strength Blue Noah!"
Noah yelled as she gave this fight her all for the first time in her entire service life, her guns heeding her call and unloading a full salvo at close range.
Andromeda was giving her all yet no matter how many positron rounds the siren ate or missiles and sword slashes she still gets up. Andy clicked her tongue as another batch of lasers sailed towards her, her AI crunched up the trajectories and gave the most optimal route that Andy used to thread needle, however, she failed to factor in how cunning the enemy can be.
A massive energy buildup was detected by her sensors directly in her flight path. Sweat formed on her forehead as she watched a large cannon emerge from a portal, the energy inside already at critical levels, ready to fire. Her AI tried to find a way out, but the only solution was her WMG, but it would take too long to build up.
Andy grit her teeth as her shields came up at maximum output but she knew it might not be enough. With a large flash of light the canon fired, its beam racing towards her position. Fear planted itself in her mind as her death flashed through her eyes, but in the last moment she felt the energy output from her engine soar to new heights, her shield tanking the beam head on.
Looking at her shield she only knew of a few ships that can do that, "Is that..."
Right behind her, Ginga in her kansen form emerged with her golden eyes glowing with a fire she hasn't seen before.
"Be it Gatalantis, Sirens or the Void, I won't let you get away." Ginga said coldly as multiple squadrons of Cosmo Tiger 2s, unmanned Cosmo Zeros, Cosmo Pythons, and even Sakuran fighters like the Wonder flake all raced past them to go help Noah in her fight
Behind Ginga was none other than an odd supercarrier that was being flanked by the 2 hybrid carriers Apollo Norm and Antares with Asuka class support ships bringing he rear.
The siren seeing this force charge in her direction she instantly knew she was cooked thus she ended up doing what every other siren does in a moment like this, she jumped into her portal to get away, however, instead of landing in her fortress she ended up in subspace which confused her until she looked around and saw multiple UX Gamilan submarines surrounding her, headed by a menacing battleship that loomed over them all, this was Neu Desura who was looking for something to play with and it looked like she found the right one.
The screams of an unfortunate Arbiter echoed throughout subspace not to be heard by anyone.
While the rest of the EDF moved to hold the line, the Azur lane fleet was quiet as well, when they saw Shinano move to the battlefield they immediately hounded Amaterasu to participate and after a bit of back and forth with the admiral they were able to get a supporting role as they moved to flank the enemy and provide fire support when needed plus fighter squadrons to chuck into the meat grinder.
With her wall gone Andromeda was the first to act firing off her WMG at max range to separate Noah when she noticed she was in a pinch. This caused Ark to disengage, only for the beam to split apart into multiple small beams smacking into the fortress, though none of them hurt as she shrugged them off.
Seeing the opportunity, Noah used that moment to funnel all her power into her WMG, which looked like a rifle with bull horns, allowing her unload the weapon at close range and score a direct hit. Ark was shocked when she felt the beam pierce through her armour, which was strong enough to deflect Andromeda's
Ark quickly withdrew after the situation got a little bit dicey with half of her rigging a molten slag. This just made her raise how she viewed Noah to an even higher level of respect. Seeing the situation change, Ark snapped her fingers as more warships straight from her factory emerged. If they were going to gang up on her she would gladly do the same.
Noah let out a shaky breath after her discharge, she looked over her rigging noting the disabled turrets on her right and the multiple hull breaches that were billowing smoke. She noticed Andromeda arrive with the 2 badly damaged cruisers that still had some will to fight. Suddenly she felt her Wave Motion Engine increase in output as a golden wave passed through them.
She looked behind and noticed a ship that was similar to Yamato bringing up the rear with a supercarrier in tow, this made her smile as she steeled her nerves facing the tough enemy in front.

We find the wreck of the space battleship or what's left of it. Her rigging was a husk of its former self, with her turrets gone, only their turret barbette remained. Her body was pale like snow with no blood in her since it was all lost.
Yet against all odds, her core was still glowing, even if the engine itself was dead, something within her was still alive, if not barely.
Dark
So ... so dark.
The darkness, a place she keeps finding over and over again she could almost call it home.
A faint glimmer of blue shone in the inky blackness, and on closer inspection, we find our favourite battleship.
But something wasn't right, her eyes were glossed over, glowing a faint blue as she stared into nothingness.
Her body was littered with multiple wounds of various degrees telling the tales of the many battles she fought up until that point, but now...
A slow movement occurred as she raised her hands.
"I messed up again, didn't I?" she said, looking at her hands.
A quake passed through them as she tried to get a hold of herself, but what use would that be?
Yamato, the strongest battleship, failed yet again, and now even more are suffering for her while she's stuck there.
"Why AM I SO USELESS! Hope of humanity, my ass, when I can't even protect everyone, Ship of harmony, when I only leave chaos and death in my wake. MY CREW, OKITA, ANDROMEDA, Earth..."
She grew silent as her despair took hold of her, snuffing her flame as the faint blue glow around her was getting dimmer by the second.
"Why do you make me suffer, when you sit all high and mighty in your higher dimension. Why Terresa TELL ME WHY! Why do I have to be the only one you USE for your plans!"
Her voice cracked as she broke down, all her past grievances, mistakes and pains crashing into her and piercing straight into her citadel ... her heart.
The space around the young kitsune changed into a soft golden colour as a gentle hymn played in the background.
"You're not alone in feeling that pain ship of harmony."
A surge of anger passed through Yamato as she grit her teeth. Even more so when. Terresa placed a hand on her shoulder.
"Balance is key to everything, you cannot always win, we all face our dark times but you are the champion of humanity you ...."
"Shut up! You don't know a single thing about the pain I've gone through. Do you know how it feels to watch your entire solar system get blown to bits, yet you could've stopped it? Do you? Do you know how it feels seeing your own crew get killed and feeling the blood over your metal because of my uselessness, DO YOU!!"
An eerie red glow covered Yamato as her physical appearance looked more feral, her eyes turned blood red and this made Teresa frown at her change.
"You know, people said that you could control time, but I say that that's useless since you can't even help your ship of harmony when she badly needed it. You only appear in weird visions and tell us the best way forward but you never say AT WHAT COST. All so that you can protect your stupid future."
At the end of her rant, she felt exhausted and faced downwards, not wanting to look at Teresa at all, and in the process, she didn't see the space around her change to a familiar bridge.
"Yamato...," her ears perked up at hearing a voice she never thought she'd hear again," you look upon the abyss, and you blame your strength for not holding back the tide. I understand that darkness, for I have stared into it myself."
More tears flowed freely from her eyes as she stared at her captain standing in front of the main viewing screen, not glowing but being physically there, a sea of golden stretching out outside the bridge of her ship.
"You speak of your strength as the measure of your power. You believe that because you wield the strength of a higher dimension, you should win all outcomes. This is a foolish, human error. Your true power is not in what you destroy, but in what you protect.
"You did not fail. Look at the bridge you stand on. Look at the people, friends and allies fighting with everything they have."
The view changed to show multiple images of Azur Lane clashing with the sirens, humans clearing out the remaining enemy ground units, and the spear of it all, a force holding the line against all odds against Gatalantis. She spotted a familiar one brandishing a dual katana as she shredded past multiple ships, her 4 main guns and those on her strapped-on cruisers clearing the field. Leading them all against a horde of gatalantis ships and clones of siren empresses was the strongest ship in EDF history, 6 frontal main guns spewing vengeance and destruction for the battle that was robbed from her, everyone was injured in some form but they pushed through just to make every round count and every death not in vain.
"Every soul that chose to step between the enemy and you, chose to step between the enemy and Earth."
"Do you think they suffered and died so that you would never suffer? No. They died so that you could continue to move. Sacrifice is not a sign of your weakness, it is the ultimate testament to your value. They gave their all not because they expected you to stop every single tragedy, but because they knew that if you survived, hope survived.
To mourn is necessary, but to dwell in guilt is a betrayal of their choice. Their death must not be the end of the story; it must be the fuel for the next."
Okita moved forward and pulled Yamato in for a hug and pointed to where her heart was.
"The enemy cannot stop your heart—your engine—and they cannot stop your purpose. There will always be loss. There will always be times when the strongest armour is breached, and the greatest weapon cannot fire quickly enough. That is the nature of war, and the nature of existence."
Okita pulled away and looked directly into her eyes.
"If you stop, if you succumb to despair, then every sacrifice becomes meaningless. Their efforts, their lives—that bought you time. Do not waste the precious currency of their courage."
"Your heart is the hope of humanity. The tears you feel are the tears of your crew. Honour them. Wipe the tears, and look forward."
"Grieve, if you must, but then re-engage. Take the power you possess, not to prevent the inevitable losses, but to ensure that the enemy pays a price greater than the one we have already paid, but above all, use this power to protect those that you love."
A smile plastered itself on Okita's lips as tears streaked his old face.
"And I know my ship, my Yamato, will give 120% of her all to protect,"
Yamato's eyes widened in shock as she saw Okita turn golden
"Wait, wait, wait... don't go, captain.. Okita." Fresh tears spilt out of Yamato's eyes as she gripped his slowly fading uniform.
Her face looked up at his eyes and spoke with all the courage she could muster even if her voice was shaky.
"I'll fight, I'll fight as long as I live... I will never despair. Even if I'm the last one alive, I will never despair".
A brief shock passed through his face as he remembered that quote, he smiled as he patted her head.
"I know and you've already made us so proud of you"
Yamato was confused, only for her to turn her head and realise they were on a flat plane and right behind her were all her crew members, shouting and waving at her.
"You can do this!"
"We believe in you!"
"You got this!"
"YAMATOO!" A shout from Kodai stirred the group even more as he and Yuki, together with Okita, pulled her towards the white light.
The rest of her crew placed their hands behind her and pushed her while chanting her name all through.
And just as she was about to reach the light Okita and Kodai smiled as they both said the same thing
"Yamato Kai, lift off!"
A surge of power flooded her system as her vision was filled with what looked like golden energy.
Through it all she heard a faint voice of someone familiar, "I guess I'll let you cannibalize my parts dear sister, but just know it will cost you."
In the real world, we could see the body of Yamato slowly rise up as a golden glow wrapped around it, the numerous injuries she had healing over, and her destroyed rigging mending itself as new turrets replaced the ones it had.
Wave Motion Engine startup initiated, rotating flywheel.
Golen cubes broke apart the rigging and reformed back in to the ship as it quickly ascended, its systems booting up.
Wave Motion Engine Pressure Rising, 50% ... *0% ... 100% ... 120%
Yamato opened her eyes to find her bridge in one piece, not noticing the golden glow in her eyes. Her panel display lit up, showing the state of the ship as it rose up, the glow of the sun now being seen as the surface was getting closer.
Her sub engines lit up, propelling the ship forward as it neared the surface. This brought back some good memories, and a faint smile appeared on her face.
"Yamato, take off", she said as the main engine lit up, giving the ship a boost as it broke the surface, its wings deploying, giving it more lift.
The ocean water freely flowed off of the ship by gravity as the main engine let out a huge wake in its trail, the immense battleship rising into the air not in her normal but in her war variant with extra turrets on her dorsal side.
Yamato set her sights on the new frontline and made good speed to it. The ship broke through the cloud layer, its metal having a distinct glint in the sun, and soon it was above the Karman line, its wings retracting as a view of the battlefield was displayed on Yamato's screen.
Though they were holding this was eerily similar to the past, and the last thing they wanted to have was a war of attrition. They needed to end this in one clean swoop. The main engine was pushed to warp speed, a blue cone spewing out of its engine bell and finally the ship punched through a wormhole emerging right in the middle of the battle.
Her main guns each locked onto a Gatalantis ship, and as a golden glow illuminated the inner barrels, 15 golden positron rounds sailed, across the dead space before carving into the Gatalantis formation with each beam striking through multiple ships before coming to a stop, similar to Blue Noah.
All this was done without even utilising her skills, showcasing just how powerful this form really was.
Golden cubes erupted from the ship before condensing to form Yamato's gigantic rigging, now with extra turrets, point defence, and missiles.
Her eyes turned to Ark, who was occupied by Noah and Andy, that were charging at her together. This combo was barely working as they used the advantages of their abilities to deal the most damage while also evading.
A smile was Yamato's face at how well they were coordinated as her main guns locked in on one target. Only problem was that Andromeda was blocking her shot, but maybe that was for the better.
There was some distance between them, and she knew that Andromeda's reflexes could evade; she just had to confirm that theory practically.
Analyser opened a channel to Andromeda as her main guns opened fire, their beams converging into 5 powerful spears that sailed at the speed of light.
"Andromeda dodge!" Yamato shouted through the comms as the superdreadnought moved her body without even thinking, her thrusters working overtime to push her upwards and away from the beams that missed Andromeda and straight into Ark who had no chance to dodge.
A large explosion enveloped the fortress as the rounds connected, enveloping Andromeda too, but luckily, she used the blast wave to ride it like a surfer and escape unscathed. Yamato was a little annoyed that she copied her move, but she couldn't blame her and moved forward.
But out of nowhere, she was jumped by her sisters, who wouldn't let go of her, sending all 3 of them tumbling, their respective RCS systems working overtime to try and stabilise the super ships. Even if no sound could travel through space, she could still see their expressions as some tears escaped their eyes.
"I thought ... I thought the worst had happened," Shinano said as she hugged her elder sister once more.
"Relax, you guys, there's no way I'd go that easily, but I'm here now, that's what matters," Yamato said as she patted both of their heads, which seemed to be enough to get them to unlatch from her. "But it's not over yet."
Yamato moved closer to where Ark was. Noah, Andy and the cruisers were already there, even though the fortress was critically damaged all she was doing was nothing but smiling as Yamato approached her.
"So that's your true strength Harmony. I'm surprised, you never went this hard before." Ark said as if she didn't have a hole in her abdomen and a wrecked rig.
"Say all you want but this battle ends now. We'll see which superweapon is stronger," Yamato said before summoning her sword, that glowed with a golden glow and slashed Ark's head off.
For some, they would think that that was the victory but Yamato knew better and what they were fighting was just a clone, the real body had 3 halos and was inside the Ark sitting comfortably on a throne and even if you killed that she had thousands of clones to switch to making her almost immortal as long as the Ark lives and that's what Yamato wanted to stop.
"Andromeda," Andy perked, looking in Yammy's direction, "Proceed to plan M."
Andy was a bit shocked that they had to use that plan since it didn't end well for her, but given the state of the battlefield, it was the only dice they could throw.
Andromeda sighed before patching into the fleet network, "All ships, we're proceeding to plan M. Fall back to the absolute defence line as per Amaterasu's procedure".
It was a good thing Amaterasu thought ahead to whether they wanted to use that plan and drew a structured formation.
All ships did a 180 after firing off their WMG to give them some cover before they went at full speed to the miracle line.
The Azur Lane fleet was tasked with giving suppressive fire, even if most of it was useless. Their antimatter missiles still packed a punch, and that was what they spammed until they were told to evacuate the area as the EDF reached the miracle line.
"All ship multitier formation," Andromeda said as every ship in ship form lined up. 4 of the middle columns were lined with Andromeda class, while the outer fringes made of dreadnoughts and even E-class. Behind this formation multiple Asuka class ships each in charge of a certain section positioned themselves for maximum amplification.
Ginga positioned herself behind the centre Andromedas, with it being made up of Yamato surrounded by L'Andromede her sisters, Andromeda, Blue Noah, the 2 cruisers and Amaterasu. She was scared that they might fail, but looking at the earth behind her, she realised that they had no choice but to succeed.
Gatalantis wouldn't let them group up as fresh Apocalix carriers formed up with 8 rings of Calaklum battleships on their bow supercharging their own trump card and fired their own superweapon only for the Andromeda's to launch their graviton spread shots that blocked the incoming beams.
Missiles from Azur Lane promptly retaliated and critically damaged the ships.
"All ships prepare to fire the Wave Motion Gun!" Andromeda's order came through as a combined buildup of energy was detected across the entire fleet.
Ginga focused on her CRS as she tried to get maximum output, but her earlier stunt at Tokyo came back to bite her as her CRS was barely charging.
"Energy charge at 80% ..90% ... 100%"
"Please CRS give me one more chance to protect this planet."
The Ark came to life as 4 red rings formed in their direction followed lastly by 2 black rings that gave off a weird energy.
All around the world and galaxy alike, almost their entire humanity stopped what they were doing as they watched the final showdown with bated breath, and even more every person silently prayed or hoped for Earth's new defenders to succeed.
Yamato had inched forward as her transit wave motion gun powered up once more, a few moments later the hull of Neu Desura appeared in her line of sight, the ship girl chose to sacrifice her ship again for Yamato's survival which did sting her at losing such a massive ship but seeing the ark loose was more than making up for it.

A flood of energy surged through the ship as its engine ramped up the pressure.

"All ships prepare for shock and flash, 10 seconds till firing."
Ginga was still barely ready, and this sent her into a spiral as she literally begged the CRS until a golden light erupted from it and its energy kept on climbing. Ginga opened her eyes, a fierce golden glow being emitted from them and through them she could see golden lines flowing straight into her CRS from all around the galaxy and the most thickets were those from earth behind her.
She almost missed the mark and fired her CRS together with the rest of the Asuka class in sync.
"10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2,1, Wave Motion Gun Fire!"
In unison every EDF ship fired their superweapons together with Yamato's which led to the destruction of Neu Desuras ship as the gun fired. All the beams and amplification beam from the Asuka's joined at the moment they met at the graviton spreads leading to a chain reaction as what emerged were golden beams with Yamato's being pushed more to white than gold and this wrapped around all the other beams as they merged to form a colossal golden beam with a white spiral.
This beam sailed straight into the Ark's shield,, easily punching through red rings, only to be stopped at the first black ring that held for a couple of seconds until it eventually collapsed, and the last ring was the last shield of the ark and it held due to the folding of other black rings above it.
This led to an interesting situation where space was pushed to its very limit until it decided to capitulate as a giant tear formed close to the Ark and all the excess energy was being sucked off to an inky blackness that looked and had the characteristics of a black hole. In the face of nature's most fearsome object, even the ancient fortress wasn't built to survive a black hole, and its structure was being sucked into it.
The energy from the combined WMG kept the black hole alive as the Ark was spaghettified and completely sucked into the hole of space. At the same moment, the WMG beam stopped, and with its fuel source gone, space rapidly repaired itself, and the hole it created was gone as if it wasn't there in the first place.
In the same way, space went berserk. It seemed like it universe became Thanos and snapped because in a few moments, all the dreadnoughts, E-class, and Asukas disappeared into small blue orbs that faded away.
Perfectly balanced as all things should be.
"What's going on?" Yamato asked an open question as her ship changed into her rigging.
"It seems that were being forced out of this universe, since we shouldn't be here in the first place, we forced our way in."
Andromeda said as she pulled up next to Yamato in her kansen form, same with Noah and her Yamato's sisters, Amaterasu too.
"Yamato," Noah said as an intense blue glow surrounded her, " It seems that in any timeline you always fight for the good of humanity, and I respect that."
Noah proceeded to give her a salute as her form was slowly vanishing, "Don't forget your core values even when you're pushed against a wall, Yamato."
"I won't Blue Noah." Yamato returned the salute as Blue Noah disappered.
"Seems like my time is up too," Amaterasu said as she observed the glowing blue light around her, "Yamato, I wish we had met in the previous life but I know you'll be a great leader lead with courage and never falter in the face of a challenge that looks impossible to pass, there's always a way, you just have to look in the right spots."
Yamato nodded and gave a salute, watching as she disappeared. Now all that was left was Andromeda.
"You don't seem to be disappearing so soon, do you?" Yamato said, holding her chin as she carefully observed Andy and not noticing any blue energy.
Andromeda was also confused since the rest of the EDF disappeared, even her sisters, "If that's the case, do you want to go back to earth?"
Yamato asked Andy while stretching out her hand shocking Andromeda., " You had sunk on Mars, and you never Earth after the war ended. It's the least I can do, you helped me escape to Mars, and I'm helping you get to Earth."
Yamato smiled as Andy had a few tears well up in her eyes as she took Yamato's hand.
Ginga and Shinano each escorted them as they made their way to Earth. The Azur Lane fleet breaking up as ships went to the dry dock and others went to their designated station to refuel before docking at their home ports for a well-deserved rest in their respective countries.
The 2 cruisers immediately went to dry dock with their hulls being stress too much and nearly breaking down if it wasn't for their manjuus quick emergency repairs.
The 2 superbattleships broke through the planet's atmosphere with a thin layer of plasma forming around their bodies and not long after they were freely descending through the atmosphere, vapour trails forming along their wing tips leaving a short trail behind them and after a minute the sea was finally in view with the city of Tokyo standing firm in the distance.
All 4 of them carefully landed on their water with their landing thrusters firing to cushion their fall, and soon they had landed on the water.
With the sun setting behind them, it cast a warm golden glow upon them, making Andromeda sigh as she felt the sun's warmth for one more time. When she had sunk on Mars, she was feeling the pain of her hull being melted by a sea of flames around her before her engine decided to explode ending her deadly run.
A smiled permanently plastered itself on her face as she looked at Yamato a golden glow surrounding her, " Promise Yamato, that you won't forget your humanity, Make love not war, as said by some commanders but promise that you'd protect that which you love."
"I promise," Yamato said before giving the final salute as Andromeda disappeared.
A moment of silence lasted before Ginga broke the tension, "Can we dock now? I feel like I'm going to drop dead from exhaustion."
This extorted a laugh from Shinano as Yamato nodded, all 3 ships made their way to Tokyo port, which was the only port that could handle all 3 of them. While in transit the 3 got into their ship form as the rest converged on Shinano's deck. Enjoying the open breeze of the wide deck. When they neared the port it was slowly coming alive. Most of the civilians that emerged were still in the process of returning to their homes or what's left of them luckily it was decided that they would open underground warehouses to safely protect the items off their citizens thus even if they didn't have a home, a temporary one could be made to accommodate them.
As the 3 sisters entered port tug boats took over as they were each gently guided into their docking pier.
It was around this time ships from the Sakuran Fleet were returning after quick repairs at their space station and were slowly trickling in.
The 3 sisters meet at the pier as 2 of them were in their captain's uniform, somehow not having any casual clothes, other than Shinano, who just decided she didn't want to stick out.
"I know the perfect hotel to go to and I confirmed it was still standing so we can get all 3 of us good rooms," Shinano said leading the trio while Yamato brought up the rear, a smile on her face. But something in her heart pulsed as a wave drowsiness hit her like a battleship. Her legs stumbled as she clutched her head a voice ringing in her head, "There will be consequences"
Yamato then proceeded to cough out blood as she was knocked out cold while a bright light engulfed her ship, blinding some workers, and the aftermath was a ship that was massively broken with missing turrets and cut out hull sections, causing it to take in water as the engine itself was in a state of destruction. Thanks to the fact that she was in a dock, her ship on sank till where her turret 1 should be.
While Yamato immediately startled her sisters as her body hit the ground with a thud, causing them to immediately notice her state. This made them go into overdrive as they checked for a pulse, and found one, before a seagull from Ginga immediately launched to airlift all 3 of them to a nearby hospital.
"Sister! Hang in there" both of them shouted in unison.
And so the Battle of Earth came to an end with humanity taking the W
