Chad Yakov walked into the study room.
Without looking around at everything, he walked straight to Chester Yale and said, "Dad specifically sent Mom and Elder Brother away, is there something important you want to tell me?"
"Fallen in love?" Chester Yale turned his chair to face his son, his stern face untouched by time, instead becoming more mature, radiating a mesmerizing glow.
Without hesitation, he asked the question directly.
Chad Yakov didn't expect Chester Yale to ask him this and, after his initial shock, didn't avoid the topic. He answered calmly, "Yes."
He's no longer a kid. His elder brother found himself a daughter-in-law at four years old. He is twenty-two now, so it's not surprising not only to fall in love but to want to get married.
However, he didn't think his love life was such a big deal that it warranted his dad's special attention.
