He looked at Victoria Gibson, whose complexion was gentle and serene, holding a book with her cherry lips moving, her eyes filled with tenderness.
Chad Yakov found himself inexplicably entranced.
But in less than three seconds, when his gaze fell on the person leaning in her arms, his eyes suddenly darkened.
He strode forward and pulled the book out of Victoria Gibson's hand.
"Chad Yakov, what are you doing?" Victoria Gibson was taken aback, casting a side glance at him in confusion.
Chad Yakov flipped through the book in his hand and smiled like a fox, "It's my first time here. If you don't show me, how would I know how to help?"
Returning the book to Victoria Gibson, Chad Yakov bent down and smoothly picked up the little boy from her arms.

"Simon, right? What kind of stories do you like to hear? Brother Chad can tell you, and I guarantee it'll be ten times better than Miss Gibson!"
