The two of them laid everything out on the table.
Chad Yakov looked at Victoria Gibson's determined eyes and finally believed that she had no intention of leaving him.
He flipped over and sat up, pulling her up from the sofa along the way.
As long as she didn't plan to leave him, he wouldn't rush; he would keep her by his side and savor slowly...
"Let's have breakfast first, and after that, I'll take you somewhere." Chad Yakov held her hand, and the two of them walked to the dining table together.
He pulled out a chair and seated her on it, then walked into the kitchen and brought out the breakfast Victoria Gibson had prepared.
Ham and eggs, and a slice of bread.
A very simple yet nutritious breakfast.
Chad Yakov placed both plates on the table. Instead of eating, he picked up Victoria Gibson's cutlery and leisurely sliced her ham.
"Chad Yakov, that's supposed to be yours," Victoria Gibson pointed at the larger portion, looking at him in confusion.
