Shortly after eight in the evening, a doctor came upstairs and informed them that Philip Shaw had just regained consciousness and asked them to send someone down to see him.
Aldana Candi immediately stood up, but before she could speak, a nurse hurried over and shouted to the people in the room, "Aldana Candi, is there an Aldana Candi? The patient wants you to come over."
Aldana Candi answered hoarsely, "That's me."
Upon seeing her, the nurse approached and took hold of her hand, "The patient wishes to see you, hurry and follow me," she said while leading Aldana, advising her, "There's another surgery coming up, while he's conscious, it would be good to encourage him to have a stronger will to live."
