The lights on the stage suddenly dimmed,
a beam of light followed Jane Sampson's figure all the way to the piano.
Jane Sampson had no idea that while she was introducing her new drama with the host, the director had quietly invited James Black to the backstage.
Now, James Black was less than two meters away from her.
James Black stood on her left side, watching her.
Jane Sampson didn't know, so after sitting down, she glanced in the direction of the big screen and then slowly turned back around to speak.
"You gave me a JSY named after me, and I've been thinking about what I can give you that would compare to your gift."
Jane Sampson gently placed her hand on the piano, "Then I thought, what else can I give you? There's only this left—this song is called 'To My Mr. Black,' and it's for you, my Mr. Black."
After speaking,
the gentle sound of the piano slowly began to play.
James Black stood backstage, the corner of his mouth lightly lifted.
The familiar prelude.
