Gigi was drawing in the living room while sneakily glancing towards the bedroom. Unable to contain her curiosity any longer, she dropped her pen and ran to Enna Clark, tugging at the hem of her shirt, a playful look on her face as she quietly asked, "Mummy, what's Brubby playing?"
"Uh... a game, I guess." Enna Clark paused her work and looked down to answer her.
"Oh." The little one puffed up her face, blinking her big eyes repeatedly. Her desire overcame her fear of Brubby, and she secretly whispered to her mummy, "Gigi also wants to play. Can Brubby take Gigi to play?"
Speaking with mummy is far more effective than directly asking Brubby. This is a lesson she learned through trials and tears.
Naughty Brubby listens to no one except mummy.
"Well..." Enna Clark rubbed her soft hair with a helpless smile, softly explaining, "I'm afraid not. It's not that your brother doesn't want to play with you — you're just too young for such grown-up games."
