Almost noon the next day, Enna Clark finally crawled out of bed, feeling sore all over.
No one was beside her anymore, just the sheets tangled in an ambiguous mess, reminding her of last night's frenzy.
She had no idea what had gotten into him; yesterday he was so relentless, like a beast freed from a cage, eager to devour her entirely. No matter how much she pleaded and sweet-talked, it didn't work, until she passed out.
Enna struggled to sit up on the bed, unsurprised to find herself fresh and clean. He must have carried her for a bath after she fainted last night, then brought her back to bed.
Thankfully, he always bathe her every time, or else Enna couldn't imagine waking up the next morning feeling sore all over while still sticky.
She finally managed to get out of bed and washed up, even put on a facial mask before heading out.
