Gray stared at the Dwarf like he had just seen a ghost.
This Dwarf was rather old. Then again, most supernatural creatures had a longer life span than human beings did.
The dwarf had white beards and a head empty of hair. However, Gray recognized him on first sight.
After all, this was the scientist who had experimented and created abominable creatures all those many years ago. The Dwarf, although very old, did not allow the years to pull him back. One of his legs was mechanical, and he used a stick for support.
But he still moved with incredible agility for his age as he paced around the place, his thoughts filled with a solution for his mistake during the last experiment.
As Gray watched him, he now understood why the abomination of creatures that stood outside existed in the first place.
However, he had to admit that this Dwarf had gotten better. After all, those creatures that he created at that time all ended up mad and destroyed everything.
