"Team Leader, he's not here." Xander Harl shook his head.
"Then where did he go? I've been calling him all the way here, but it's always redirected, and I can't find a trace of him. It's driving me crazy."
Lude Johnsons looked tense, his arched eyebrows tightly furrowed. "My sister-in-law can't be reached either. I thought he could handle it all and find her, but now he's hiding away!"
"I just got some news. The Team Leader is apparently preparing to head to the frontline. There's a territorial dispute brewing over there, so he might be getting ready for departure and doesn't want any disturbances."
Xander guessed, adding with equal concern, "Actually, I also wanted to tell the Team Leader about Miss Gong's disappearance, but he seems to suddenly lose interest, which puzzles me."
"Do you know where my sister-in-law is?" Lude's eyes shone brightly, clear as water.
