After taking Anthony Davis back to his place, the secretary clearly felt his mood had improved a bit. He said, "Mayor, I haven't had the chance to congratulate you on finding your younger sister and niece. It's truly a great celebration."
Anthony Davis smiled, "Indeed, a great celebration. There's nothing more worthy of my happiness in this lifetime than this."
The secretary laughed and said, "However, Mayor, with such good news, why didn't you call and inform the old gentleman and madam!"
Anthony Davis shook his head, "If I tell them now, they might rush here overnight. My mother's health isn't good; she can't handle the bumps. Telling them would only make them anxious. It's better that I sort things out here and take her directly back."
"You're indeed thoughtful."
Returning home, he opened the door and called out, "Scarlett, Aya..."
Scarlett was the first to rush out, "Uncle..."
Anthony Davis picked her up, "Where's Mum?"
