Dylan saw she still looked a bit unwell and said, "Then don't bother, how about going to the hospital?"
"What hospital, of course not, no need, I'll just rest a bit."
Dylan ushered her out: "Go on, go on, don't worry about it here. Go, I know how to handle things."
Nell Harris was a bit doubtful: "Really don't need me?"
Dylan waved his hand: "Of course not, it's just about chopping these things into pieces. You just need to come over when it's time for seasoning."
Nell Harris really couldn't handle the fishy smell: "Alright, I'll head out first."
"Alright, go on, I'll get you a cup of hot water."
"No need, I'll get it myself, go chop the fillings."
"Alright, alright, I'll chop right now."
Dylan watched Nell Harris leave, then picked up the kitchen knife again.
Back in the living room, Nell Harris poured a cup of hot water, took a few sips, and finally felt a bit better.
