Opening his eyes, Chiba awoke to the rain pelting onto him, his face was filled with satisfaction as he floated down to the sea.
It felt like he'd just transcended to some unknown dimension, the faint ocean breeze washed across his face and the refreshing scent of ocean filled his nostrils. The overwhelming satisfaction he felt was indescribable!
Using his chakra to stand on the waters surface, Chiba's saw all of the the trees and houses that once stood on Genbu's back had fallen off and begun sinking into the ocean floor.
He didnt care for any of that however, his mind was focused on the connection he now felt to Genbu.
It was like connecting an ocean to a pitiful stream, Genbu's large charka being the ocean and Chiba's High Kage level chakra being the stream. He felt the two energy bordering and pushing up against each other.
Instead of fighting the overwhelming tide of chakra, Chiba allowed the energy to flow threw into his own. Thats when suddenly green marks began appearing all over his body, the turtles Chakra began flowing into him like a tsunami!
Alongside the massive increase in Chakra he also felt his strength, speed, and mostly his durability increase greatly! Chiba didnt know how abundant Genbu's chakra was compared to the tailed beast, but he figured he had to atleast be around the fifth tailed brast!
Chiba felt the annoyance resonating from Genbu but he didnt stop calling upon the energy, the feeling of all of this power was nearly intoxicating. Chiba had to force himself to focus and not let the power get to him, he activated his Observation haki once against until it covered the Cloud village nearby.
'Since I just got these powers, i might as well put them to the test!' Activating his Mangekyou Sharingan, Chiba Blinked.

It was a busy night in the cloud village, most civilains were already asleep but ninja could be seen constantly flickering in and out of the village.
With the strongest village, the Leaf, still recovering from the attack perpetrated on it, the Cloud happily picked up their slack and were getting more requests then every!
Being widely recognized as the second strongest, those clients who normally wouldve contacted the Leaf instead turned to the Cloud for their security or assasination needs.
Before the leaf could rebuild, the Cloud hurried to poach all of their clients, making it even harder for the leaf to bounce back even after recovering. Not to mention that if the cloud ninja satisfied their clients well enough, they'd probably choose the Cloud village over the Leaf the next time they needed another Ninja.
With everything was going on, the Raikage sat in his desk stamping papers as Ninja rushed in and out of his office. It was then that a ninja flickered in with a scroll, handed it to the raikage, and promptly left.
Giving the ninja an annoyed look, Ay opened the scroll and murmured it out loud.
"Strange activity around the great turtle island Genbu, all of the ninja and animals on the turtle were all Knocked unconscious at the same time and moved off of the turtle... strange" Ay didnt think much of it, sure this was weird but it was Genbu they're talking about.
The turtles shell was nearly unpenetrable, it would take a very powerful Kage kevel Ninja to kill the turtle quickly. Theres also the fact that Genbu held little military presence, it wouldnt make much sense to attack a Villages training ground.
All you'd get out of attacking Genbu was a declaration of war, and if a Village wanted war theyd initiate it by attacking a vital part of the Cloud, not a random Turtle.
"Send a Jonin and three Chunin to the turtle island, determine and stop the disturbance before reporting back!" Ay declared with his loud authoritative voice.
The ninja kneeling on the floor nodded before leaving to exit, just as they neared the window, the Ninja stopped as he looked up in shock.
"What are yout still doing here! Go send those ninja on the mission and stop blocking my window!" Ay yelled out at his frozen Shinobi.
"L-lord Raikage... I believe we are under attack!" The panic ninja yellowed out awakening Ays caution.
Standing up, the dark skinned man pushed his ninja to the side and looked out and also froze in similar shock!
There, floating down from space, had to be dozens of giant rocks that theatened to crush the entire village completely! Just two would completely destroy their village yet there was atleast 38 from what the Raikage counted!
The raikage froze in terror, his mind racing a mile a minute on what to do!
'Even if i somehow destroy all of these meteors, the fragments would still pelt down onto the village, destoying it completely!'
"Isuki! Issue a full retreat, we need to get the civilians o-" "PEOPLE OF THE CLOUD, WAKE UP!"
Cutting the raikage off, a loud booming voice cut through the silence of the night. Ay followed the sound and spotted the floating figure of a man, his face obscured by the night but he felt the power eminating off of him.
People in fear, quickly opened the doors and windows to their housed and looked out. Some reeled in horror, others event fainted upon witness the large floating meteors up above them.
"I CHALLENGE THE RAIKAGE AND HIS SHINOBI FOR CONTROL OVER THE CLOUD! SUBMIT QUIETLY OR BE CONQUERORED!" Chiba's voice shook the village, pure chakra and power eminated from his very breath!

'This world is one of violence and power, the only way to obtain Peace is through overwhelming power!' CHIBA knew that even Naruto's legendary Talk no Jutsu couldnt obtain peace, just shoddy Alliances held together by empty promises.
He hated the idea but he didnt let his feelings get in the way, he had the strength to stop all conflict in the world and would do it! Every death from his inaction would be because of him!
With determination in his movement, an oppressive energy poured out of Chiba and down onto the streets below. Civilians, Genin, and even weaker tier Chunin all fell unconscious immediately! His Conquerors Haki taking out 99% of the village in an instant!
Like a God descending from Heaven, Chiba slowly floated down to Ay. The Raikages face was controrted in rage, before Chiba could even speak to the man's lightning wrapped around himself as he moved so fast he appeared to almost teleported even in Chiba's Observation Haki!
The punch of Ay coated in lightning chakra aimed to destroy Chiba head, only for Chiba to casually turn his head dodging it! He might be too fast to see, but Chiba didnt need to see him as he already saw the Raikage's future!
With the overwhelming amount of Chakra Chiba had no reason to conserve energy with his future sight, his observation haki was consuming a massive amount of Chakra yet Chiba didnt even fill Genbu's chakra drain at all!
Not giving up, the raikage unleashed a barrage of punches and kicks that would've killed a normal human but all were dodged with ease by Chiba.
It appeared this could go on forever, thats when a giant tentacle came out of nowhere and grabbed Chiba nine seconds into the future!
With that in mind, Chiba continued dodging Ay when just before the tentacle attack, he coated his hand in a layer of chakra, it was a Chakra Scalpel!
Turning around with a quick slash of his chakra scalpel, the tentacle coming straight at Chiba was severed entirety! Of course Chiba wouldnt put the tentacle to waste, in the heat of battle he quickly sealed the large tentacle into a storage seal.
Ay kept going at him with superspeed and strength, pushing Chiba into position where the much slower Killer B could land an attack. The teamwork between the two were impeccable, throwing in the occasional jutsu and throwing knives from the Jonin and most Ninja wouldve already been dead by now.
'So with just the affects of Genbu's chakra and Observation Haki i have already surpassed the second strongest village, i guess the need for testing is over, time to finish this.'
Slapping away the lightning covered Ay with a Lightning coated hand of his own, Chiba took in a deep breath before suddenly being engulfed in fire!
'Infernal Gates open!' The jutsu that Chiba created inside of his Mindscape was being witnessed by others for the first time!
