Diablo was trapped in the Reality Sealer, in an environment filled with bright light while laying down on a soft bed with his legs crossed, a smile on his face. Diablo says to himself, "Wow. Just a small pep talk and I managed to get him to his full potentials. Well, the kid still has a long way to go. I guess it's because of my amazing skills as a teacher."
Diablo then gets a confused expression as he says, "Wait a minute… I'm trapped in another dimension where time and space don't exist, but yet I can still create my own dimension and reality… as well as being able to move even when time isn't supposed to exist. So why am I still moving freely?"
He pauses for a moment, then just smiles.
"Guess I'm more amazing than I thought. Now Alex, do your best."
Meanwhile, after Alex took his new form — his body glowing with red energy — he looks at Kuro with a serious expression and says,
"Alright you, it's time we ended this fight, don't you think?"
Kuro, floating in the sky as he watches Alex, replies with a smirk
"Wow, a new form? I'm sensing a tremendous amount of energy coming from you. Make this fight interesting."
He then sees two giant Blades of Death heading toward him at incredible speed. Kuro starts to fly at top speed as dodges and tears through the attack with his sword of lightning and a few blows. As Kuro manages to avoid all of his opponents attacks that were causing powerfull explosions, Alex was able to catch him off guard and speed-blitzed him, grab him by the face, flies into the air, and starts crashing Kuro's head across mountains before throwing him into the ground.
Kuro rolled like a ragdoll before he jumps into the sky as he and Alex begin flying and combat at a speed twelve times their previous speed.
While Kazuki watches Alex and Kuro fight — causing huge explosions in the sky, kicking each other across mountains, and destroying forest areas — he is amazed at the level of power and speed they were operating on. Kazuki was stunned for a moment before he smiles and says to himself,
"Looks like you've really become a beast. Nah, calling you a beast is an understatement. You're a demon. This amount of power is dreadful… it's almost on par with Shinki using Overkill. Alex, you truly are strong."
As the fight continues, Alex, flying at incredible speed, begins creating multiple Blade of Death attacks and fires them rapidly at Kuro. Kuro flies faster than he has ever flown before in order to dodge the rapid-fire barrage.
Alex comes flying down with a giant Blade of Death, preparing to strike Kuro, but Kuro was able to swiftly create a giant sword made of lightning and uses it to counter Alex's attack. The clash creates a blinding light accompanied by a massive explosion. The two continue to move and fly at incredible speeds while showcasing incredible dagger and sword skills.
The impact of their attacks sends shockwaves so strong that the rest of Squad 10 feels despite being in different parts of the lightning country.
While Alex and Kuro struggle to overpower each other with overwhelming power, Kuro compliments him with excitement in his voice
"This is great! This is really great! I've never had this much fun in a while! Honestly Alex Starion....", he yelled with excitement "YOU REALLY ARE SOMETHING!"
Alex, still pushing and combating Kuro with his giant blade of death, responds,
"Thanks for the compliment. Now—are you ready to get your ass handed to you?"
Their attacks then create a massive explosion in the sky, wiping out the landscape beneath them. At this point, both Kuro and Alex were fully at the peak of B-rank level.
Ukina, watching from a far distance, giggles while watching this fight unfold. She was smiling, finding the fight between Alex and Kuro incredible and surprising.
She said to herself,
"I'm a bit surprised, though. Not all demons reach this level of power wityout almost killing themselves. But Alex was able to unlock this demonic state with ease. With this level of power, not even Sorata and Shinki at max power would find it easy to deal with this kid. He truly is a demon."
While fighting Kuro, Alex speaks to his inner demon:
"Hey, thanks for borrowing me this power of yours, I really needed it."
The inner demon replies,
"This isn't my power, this is yours. If I were to give you the full extent of my power, I would've destroyed the world right now."
Alex asks, clearly surprised
"If this isn't your power, then how do I have it?"
The demon answers,
"This is YOUR power, you numbskull. You managed to unlock Stage One of [DEMON INFERIOR] Mode. In other words… you are in control of your demonic power now despite it's destructive power.".
Alex was surprised
"Is this one of the forms you were supposed to help me unlock?"
The demon replies,
"Yes it was, but I'm surprised you could activate this power without my help. You truly are a prodigy."
Kuro, covered in a tremendous amount of lightning, yells,
"PAY ATTENTION FOR GOD'S SAKE!"
He blasts a massive amount of lightning at Alex.
Alex dodges and creates a giant Blade of Death, blasting it at Kuro.
Kuro, being sent flying, struggles against the attack even as it causes huge damage to him.
Kuro yells,
"Hell no! I'll be damned if I lose! NO!"
His lightning becomes even stronger, allowing him to slightly push back against Alex's giant blade.
Alex struggles to pin him down—until he hears Kazuki's voice:
"Out of the way, Alex!"
Alex looks up and sees Kazuki high in the air with a sword made out of energy. Alex jumps aside, leaving the Blade of Death for Kuro to struggle with.
Kazuki prepares a giant circle in the sky with his sword. He smirks.
"I can't let Alex have all the fun now."
A giant ball made of purple energy begins descending from the circle. Kazuki then explains
"I was scared of using this technique because of its destructive capacities… good thing I have an excuse to use it now!"
With an evil grin, he calls out:
"SPIRITUAL EXPLOSION: NUCLEAR WARFARE!"
