...

The belts were incredibly heavy, nearly dragging the boy down, but Leo gripped them tight, a massive, beaming smile stretching across his face. Sandro kept his hands hovering just inches below the titles, ready to catch them if they slipped, ensuring the boy didn't drop them. "Alright," Sandro instructed, laying flat on his back on the concrete parking lot, ruining his pristine suit jacket. "Put your foot right on my chest. Show the world you just pinned the God King."

Leo laughed, stepping forward and placing his small sneaker directly onto Sandro's chest, holding the two massive championships up as best he could.

"Got it!" Alexa smiled, snapping several photos with the phone before walking over and handing it back to the emotional parents.

Sandro sat up, gently taking the championships back from the boy and resting them on his shoulders. He stood up, brushing the dirt off his suit, and offered Leo a high five.

"You're a strong kid, Leo," Sandro said, his voice full of respect. "Keep fighting. I want to see you back here next year."

"I will! Thank you!" Leo cheered, running back to his parents. The father mouthed a silent thank you to Sandro, tears streaming down his face.

Sandro offered them a polite, reserved nod, putting his designer sunglasses back on. The transaction was over. In the blink of an eye, the cold, arrogant God King returned. He turned away from the barricade, ignoring the rest of the clamoring fans, and resumed his walk toward the arena doors.

AJ stepped up beside him, slipping her arm through his. She didn't say a word, simply giving his arm a tight, affectionate squeeze. Nikki and Alexa flanked him on the other side, their respect for the man they loved deeper than ever. Sandro walked into the Staples Center feeling completely satisfied, knowing that regardless of what happened in the ring tonight, he had already done something that truly mattered.

Hours passed, the hot California sun finally dipping below the horizon as the massive Los Angeles arena filled to absolute capacity. Over eighteen thousand passionate fans packed the stands, the building buzzing with a feverish, electric energy that only the biggest shows of the year could generate.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

A massive, sustained volley of pyrotechnics exploded around the enormous SummerSlam stage set, shooting plumes of fire and silver sparks high into the rafters. The shockwaves rattled the cameras as the upbeat, energetic official theme song of the pay per view pumped through the stadium speakers.

The broadcast camera swept dynamically across the roaring crowd, capturing a sea of neon signs, flashing lights, and fans losing their minds in pure excitement.

The camera swooped down to the ringside announce desk, where the four man commentary booth was ready to call the action.

"Welcome, everyone, to the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California!" Cole yelled, his voice carrying the hype of a blockbuster movie premiere. "Welcome to the biggest party of the summer! Welcome to SummerSlam!"

"We have a sold out crowd of over eighteen thousand people, and the electricity in this building is off the charts!" Lawler cheered, adjusting his headset. "It is boiling hot in LA, and the action in this ring tonight is going to be even hotter!"

"Shucky ducky quack quack, let's get it on!" Booker T yelled, feeding off the energy of the crowd. "We have grudges to settle, we have championships on the line, and we have history waiting to be made!"

"We have a card stacked from top to bottom!" Cole transitioned smoothly, beginning the rundown of the massive event. "Later tonight, the World Tag Team Championships are on the line as The Usos defend their gold against the newly crowned number one contenders, the terrifying Wyatt Family!"

"Those swamp freaks stole that opportunity, Michael, but tonight they have to back it up!" JBL argued, wearing a sharp suit and his trademark Stetson hat.

"We also have a deeply personal war for the Divas Championship!" Lawler added. "Brie Bella defends her title against her own flesh and blood, her sister Nikki Bella! After the slap heard around the world, this is going to be a bitter, ugly fight for family supremacy!"

"And what about the Unsanctioned TLC Match?!" Booker T hyped, his eyes wide. "Edge and Christian, two former best friends, surrounded by tables, ladders, and chairs! And Christian has voluntarily put his Money in the Bank briefcase on the line! He is risking his entire future just to prove a point to the Rated-R Superstar!"

"Christian is an idiot who is about to lose his golden ticket," JBL sneered. "Edge created the TLC match. He is going to walk out with that briefcase and leave Christian broken in half!"

"But gentlemen," Cole said, his tone shifting into a serious, reverent register. "Everything we have talked about pales in comparison to what awaits us in our main event. Tonight, we witness history. A match that the world thought they would never, ever see."

A graphic flashed across the screen, displaying the painted face of the Icon against the arrogant visage of the God King.

"For the first time in his legendary, three decade career, Sting will compete in a WWE ring," Cole announced. "And he is not looking for a warm up. He has targeted the very top of the mountain. He is challenging Sandro Zhang for the World Heavyweight Championship."

"Sting is the franchise!" Lawler praised. "He is the man who carried WCW on his back! He is a multiple time World Champion, an icon of this industry, and he wants to add the ultimate prize to his resume!"

"Sting is a relic!" JBL fired back instantly, the sole voice of dissent at the desk. "He is a ghost from a dead wrestling company who walked down that ramp last Monday and tried to steal the spotlight! He doesn't belong in the same ring as Sandro Zhang! The God King has destroyed every legend put in his path. He broke Brock Lesnar! And tonight, Sandro is going to put the final, definitive nail in the coffin of WCW!"

"You can defend Sandro all you want, John," Cole argued, looking out at the massive crowd. "But the God King looked rattled last Monday. He swung first, and Sting blocked it. The vigilante is in Sandro's head, and tonight, Sandro's World Heavyweight Championship is in serious jeopardy!"

The commentary team set the stage perfectly, the clashing opinions reflecting the divide in the wrestling world. The biggest party of the summer had officially begun, and the road to the most highly anticipated main event in recent history was finally clear.

The massive, star studded spectacle of SummerSlam wasted absolutely no time getting down to business. As the commentary team finished running down the monumental card, the arena lights shifted to a pulsating, aggressive red.

The heavy, hip hop beat of Nikki Bella's theme music hit the stadium speakers, instantly drawing a tidal wave of boos from the Los Angeles crowd.

Nikki stepped out from behind the curtain, wearing a bold, glittering red and black ring gear setup that radiated unapologetic arrogance. She didn't march down the ramp alone. Flanking her on either side were AJ Lee and Alexa Bliss, the three women walking with a fierce, unified swagger. They ignored the insults raining down from the bleachers, keeping their eyes locked firmly on the squared circle.

"Listen to this reaction," Cole noted as the trio slid into the ring. "The WWE Universe has completely rejected Nikki Bella and her associates. But you cannot deny her focus. She pinned the champion a couple of weeks ago on RAW, and she is out here tonight to take the crown."

"She is out here to take what is rightfully hers!" JBL corrected loudly. "Nikki is the star of that family, Michael! She finally realized that she doesn't need to carry her sister's dead weight anymore. She has surrounded herself with winners, and tonight, she is leaving with the gold for the second time!"

Nikki stretched in the center of the ring, a cold, confident smirk on her face.

The music faded, replaced a moment later by the energetic, upbeat rock theme of the reigning champion. The reaction instantly flipped, the Staples Center erupting into a massive chorus of cheers.

Brie Bella emerged onto the stage, holding the butterfly shaped Divas Championship high above her head. She looked incredibly determined, stripping away her usual fun loving entrance routine. Walking a few steps behind her were Charlotte Flair and Asuka, providing a formidable, highly athletic equalizer to Nikki's ringside backup.

Brie marched down the steel ramp, slapping a few high fives with the front row before climbing the steel steps. She entered the ring, handing her title belt directly to the referee, and stepped into her corner, staring a hole through her twin sister.

"This is going to be an emotional war," Lawler said, his voice tinged with anticipation. "These two women share the same blood. They grew up together, they trained together, they won championships together. To see them standing across from each other with this much hatred in their eyes again... it's very unsettling."

"Family business is the ugliest business of all, King," Booker T added seriously. "But Brie Bella is the champion for a reason. She has the heart of a lion, and she is not going to just hand that title over to her sister!"

The referee held the Divas Championship high in the center of the ring, showcasing the prize to the eighteen thousand fans in attendance. He lowered it, handed it to a ringside official, and moved to the center of the ring. He pointed explicitly at AJ and Alexa, then at Charlotte and Asuka, laying down the law and warning them against any interference.

Satisfied that order was established, he signaled for the bell.

DING! DING! DING!

The match did not begin with a traditional wrestling lock up. Decades of sisterly rivalry boiled over in a fraction of a second. Nikki and Brie charged the center of the ring and immediately collided in a wild, frantic hockey fight. They traded stiff, open handed slaps and heavy forearm strikes, tearing at each other's hair as they spun around the canvas.

The crowd roared at the sheer, unbridled aggression.

Brie gained the upper hand, backing Nikki into the ropes with a flurry of strikes. She grabbed Nikki by the arm, whipping her across the ring, and dropped her sister with a running leaping clothesline. Nikki scrambled to her feet, only to be met with a crisp, amateur style double leg takedown. Brie mounted her, raining down punches before transitioning smoothly into a tight front facelock.

"Brie is using her technical ability to ground the powerhouse!" Cole called out.

Nikki gritted her teeth, using her superior physical strength to simply stand up, lifting Brie off the mat while still trapped in the hold. Nikki backed up, forcefully driving Brie back first into the turnbuckles to break the grip. As Brie gasped for air, Nikki unleashed a brutal running shoulder thrust straight to the midsection.

Nikki dragged her sister out of the corner, scooping her up and delivering a thunderous spinebuster in the center of the ring!

She hooked the leg aggressively.

"ONE!"

"TWO!"

Brie kicked out, pushing her shoulder off the canvas.

"Nikki hits like a freight train!" JBL praised. "That is the killer instinct you need to be a champion!"

For the next ten minutes, the two sisters put on an absolute clinic of ring psychology, using their intimate knowledge of each other's arsenals to counter almost every major move.

When Nikki attempted her running bulldog, Brie shoved her away, sending the challenger crashing into the ropes. Brie followed up instantly with a vicious running knee strike directly to Nikki's face, delivering a brutal knee to the face.

Brie climbed to the top turnbuckle, launching herself into the air and connecting with a picture perfect missile dropkick that sent Nikki tumbling out of the ring and onto the ringside floor.

The Staples Center erupted in a massive "YES! YES! YES!" chant as Brie fired herself up, slapping the mat.

But as the action spilled to the outside, the fragile truce between the two ringside factions instantly shattered.

AJ Lee and Alexa Bliss rushed over to check on Nikki, helping her to her feet. Charlotte Flair took a step forward to ensure they didn't try to use any cheap tactics.

"Back up, princess," AJ warned, pointing a finger sharply at Charlotte's chest.

Charlotte, never one to back down, swatted AJ's hand away. "Make me."

Alexa didn't hesitate. She shoved Charlotte hard. Asuka immediately stepped in, pushing Alexa back. Within a blink of an eye, the ringside area devolved into absolute chaos. AJ leaped onto Charlotte, throwing heavy punches, while Alexa and Asuka tangled near the steel ring steps, trading furious strikes.

The referee saw the brawl and immediately abandoned his position in the ring, leaning as far through the ropes as he physically could, screaming for order and threatening to disqualify everyone involved.

Inside the ring, Brie was on her feet, yelling for Charlotte and Asuka to watch their backs.

It was the opening Nikki needed.

While Brie was distracted, Nikki rolled back under the bottom rope. She approached Brie from behind, looking for her devastating Rack Attack finisher. But as Nikki hoisted her up, Brie shifted her weight, slipping down her sister's back. Brie grabbed Nikki by the hair, throwing her face first into the middle turnbuckle.

Brie backed up, preparing to deliver a second running knee strike to finish the match.

But suddenly, Charlotte Flair slid into the ring behind Brie.

The crowd cheered, assuming Charlotte was coming in to help her friend and neutralize Nikki. Brie turned her head slightly, seeing Charlotte, and offered a quick nod of thanks.

Charlotte did not nod back.

With blinding, shocking speed, Charlotte rune at fast blind speed, her right leg was raised toward the head, and executed a flawless, running Big Boot right to Brie's face!

The collective gasp from the eighteen thousand fans in attendance sucked the oxygen right out of the building.

"What?!" Cole screamed, shooting out of his chair. "Charlotte just attacked Brie! What the hell is going on?!"

"She just hit the Big Boot on her own partner!" Booker T yelled in absolute disbelief.

Brie lay motionless on the canvas, completely betrayed.

On the outside, Asuka had just managed to push Alexa away. The Empress of Tomorrow slid into the ring, her eyes wide, looking visibly shocked at what Charlotte had just done. She walked toward Charlotte, raising her hands, demanding an explanation.

But the shock was a lie.

A cold, sinister smile suddenly broke across Asuka's face. She looked down at the broken champion, hit the ropes to build momentum, and delivered a sickening, high velocity sliding kick directly to the side of Brie's head!

The crowd erupted into a deafening roar of boos, completely stunned by the double betrayal.

"Asuka too?!" Lawler shrieked, holding his head. "It was a setup! This was a setup from the very beginning!"

"Brilliant!" JBL laughed, clapping his hands together. "Absolutely brilliant! Nikki Bella outsmarted everyone!"

Charlotte and Asuka didn't linger. They offered Nikki a mocking salute, rolled out of the ring, and calmly began walking backward up the steel ramp, highly amused by the destruction they had just caused.

The referee, having finally forced AJ and Alexa to back away on the outside, turned around and slid back into the ring, completely oblivious to the betrayals that had just occurred.

Nikki was already on her feet. She looked down at her sister, a cold, satisfied smirk playing on her lips. She hauled Brie up from the mat, hoisted the limp champion over her shoulders in the torture rack position, and dropped forcefully to her knees, delivering the Rack Attack.

She hooked the leg, staring directly at the hard camera.

The referee dropped to count.

"ONE!"

"TWO!"

"THREE!"

DING! DING! DING!

The hip hop beat of Nikki's theme blasted through the Staples Center, completely drowned out by a visceral, overwhelming chorus of boos.

"She stole it!" Cole complained bitterly. "Nikki Bella just orchestrated one of the most despicable betrayals we have ever seen! Charlotte and Asuka sold Brie out!"

"History is written by the victors, Michael!" JBL celebrated. "Nikki is the new champion! She did whatever it took!"

AJ and Alexa immediately slid into the ring, hugging Nikki, raising her arms in a massive, triumphant celebration. Brie remained face down on the canvas, completely broken, physically and emotionally.

The referee retrieved the butterfly Divas Championship, walking over to hand it to the new champion.

But before Nikki could take it, the heavy, grinding guitar riff of Mick Foley's theme music hit the speakers.

The crowd, desperate for some justice, popped loudly.

The General Manager of Monday Night RAW walked out onto the entrance stage. He wasn't alone. Two production assistants wheeled a tall podium out beside him, the top obscured by a heavy black velvet cloth.

Foley walked down the ramp, signaling for the assistants to bring the podium into the ring. Nikki, AJ, and Alexa backed up, looking at Foley with a mixture of suspicion and irritation.

Foley entered the ring, grabbing a microphone. He looked down at Brie, signaling for medical personnel to help her to the back, before turning his attention to Nikki.

"Congratulations, Nikki," Foley said, his tone perfectly neutral. "You won the match. You did it through some highly questionable methods, but the referee's decision is final. You are the champion."

Nikki smirked, holding out her hand, demanding the referee give her the belt.

"But hold on just a second," Foley interrupted, holding up a finger. "The Divas Championship has a long history. It has been held by many great female wrestlers. But we are stepping into a new era. We are stepping into a time where the women in this ring aren't just divas. They are main event superstars."

The Los Angeles crowd cheered loudly in agreement.

"It is time for a new prize," Foley declared, resting his hand on the black velvet cloth. "A title that reflects the true prestige of this division. The history of the Divas Championship will be forever linked to this new lineage, but the butterfly is officially retired."

Foley grabbed the velvet cloth and ripped it away.

The arena let out a genuine, collective gasp of awe.

Resting on the podium was a masterpiece of craftsmanship. It was a prestigious WWE Women's Championship belt with a pristine white leather strap. The center plate was a massive, ornate fusion of traditional gold and rose gold. An oversized, three dimensional WWE logo sat proudly in the middle, completely encrusted with brilliant, sparkling diamonds.

The design featured multilayered polished borders, with intricate floral and laurel engravings woven beautifully into the metalwork. A dark metallic recessed background made the gold pop, dotted with numerous sparkling gemstones that caught the arena lights. Elegant vertical gold pillars framed the sides of the center plate, leading to elaborate circular side plates. Prominently displayed on a thick plate below the main logo were the words: Women's Champion.
