Extra Story 1, Returning to the Most Innocent Age
In another far, far away town, smoke was rising from the chimney. A woman, middle-aged but looking rather old, was busy at the stove, cooking hot noodles in a pot. As she prepared to serve them, the kitchen door was pushed open.
Regina Brown, wearing a country-style floral cotton jacket and two braids, cheerfully walked in, "Mom, are the noodles ready? I'm starving."
The woman saw her and her face lit up with a smile, "Almost, almost. Look at you, needing to eat as soon as you wake up every morning. As if I don't know your habits! The noodles are ready. Go wash your face, and then you can eat."
"I've already washed," she said, pulling a red flower from her pocket with a silly smile, "Mom, does this look good on me? Will Brother Aiden like it?"
The woman saw her eager face, wiped her hands, and walked over, "Let me put it on for you, so it looks just right."
"Okay."
She tilted her head, obediently letting her put it on.
