In the corridor, the elevator doors slid open.
Vera Wave hurried out, without glancing either way.
"Sister Vera!" Seeing her, Ria Chapman immediately jogged over. "Come, I'll take you there!"
Taking hold of Vera, she strode towards Irene Spencer's room, chattering nonstop, "Don't be scared. If Brother Kris is really cheating, watch how I'll sort him out for you…"
When they arrived at room 906, she lifted her hand and knocked sharply on the door.
Inside, hearing the knocking, Kris Cooper speculated that it might be Vera and promptly strode over to open the door.
Ria pushed the door open and dragged Vera inside. She saw Kris, and then Irene sprawled on the floor. Her brows furrowed immediately.
"You guys are really something, even indulging in S&M, huh?"
"Ria!" Vera grabbed her arm. "Don't spout nonsense."
Holding Ria back, she turned her worried gaze to Kris. "Is everything okay?"
Kris Cooper lightly shook his head and lifted the syringe in his hand.
